Food and Beverage Vacuum Cups for Curved and Irregular Objects

Thread these cups onto your vacuum system to lift and move sanitary items with curves, corners, and uneven surfaces. They have bellows that compress as they contact an object for a better hold than flat cups. The more bellows a cup has, the tighter the hold on a variety of shapes. Made of silicone rubber, these cups withstand the extreme temperatures in food processing applications. They're also FDA compliant for direct contact with food.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Metal-detectable cups have a metal additive that sets off metal detectors if they fall into your line. They're bright blue, so they're easy to find and remove. They help you comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs to keep contaminated food from leaving your facility. Designed for thorough cleaning, these cups don't have pits, crevices, or tight angles where bacteria can hide.
Single Bellows—Metal-detectable cups with a single bellow have a deeper cup than other single-bellow cups, which gives them more surface contact with round objects and a better grip.
Plastic Fitting—Cups with a plastic fitting are much lighter than stainless steel fittings, so they won't weigh down your robot arm. However, they are not as strong or corrosion resistant as stainless steel.
Stainless Steel Fitting—For applications with frequent washdowns, use cups with a stainless steel fitting. They won't corrode from water and harsh cleaning agents. They're stronger than plastic fittings, but they're also heavier.

Press these cups onto unthreaded fittings on your vacuum system to pick up sanitary items with curves, corners, and uneven surfaces. They can also replace worn cups on threaded vacuum fittings. These cups have bellows that compress as they contact an object for a better hold than flat cups. The more bellows a cup has, the more it compresses, giving it a tighter hold on a variety of workpiece shapes.

Grooved Stopper Pad |
Slide these cups onto unthreaded fittings on your vacuum system to gently pick up bags, plastic film, and other sanitary wrappings. You can also use them to replace worn cups on threaded vacuum fittings. The ultra-thin, flexible edge of the cup presses against your item, forming a tight seal. Made from FDA-compliant silicone rubber, these cups are safe for direct contact with food. They're also bright blue, so they're easy to find and remove if they fall into your line.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.
