Also known as venturi devices, these lifters connect to any compressed air source to generate continuous suction—no need for a centralized vacuum system. The vacuum pump optimizes air flow to create a strong grip for lifting and moving materials while reducing air and energy use. These lifters activate and release quickly, so they’re ideal for fast-cycle pick-and-place tasks. Their cup is polyurethane rubber, so it’s durable and won’t leave marks on surfaces.

Flat Cup—Lifters with a flat cup can only pick up flat surfaces, such as sheet metal and panels.

Attach these cups to threaded connections on your vacuum system to gently lift bags, plastic film, and other sanitary wrappings. They have an ultra-thin, flexible edge that presses against your item, forming a tight seal. Made from FDA-compliant silicone rubber, these cups are safe for direct contact with food. They're also bright blue, so they're easy to find and remove if they fall into your line.

Add levelers for vacuum cups to lift workpieces with varying heights.
