Remotely monitor vacuum in general purpose applications, such as pumping and suctioning systems. These transmitters, also known as transducers, convert vacuum to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor vacuum or control equipment. As vacuum decreases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's vacuum range and output signal. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated vacuum range.

Transmitters with current output connect using two wires. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices.

Transmitters with voltage output connect using three wires. Two wires connect to the power supply, and a separate wire sends a signal to the receiver. The receiver and the transmitter share a common ground wire back to the power supply.

All transmitters are rated NEMA 4X for use in washdown and corrosive environments. IP65 rated transmitters are protected from dust and light rinsing. IP67 rated transmitters are protected from temporary submersion during washdowns.

Transmitters with a micro M12 plug connection are compatible with micro M12 connectors.
