Vacuum-Rated Air-Intake Filters
Typically used on vacuum pumps, these filters ensure that clean air is going in and coming out of your system. Install them on the inlet to stop dust from entering your equipment.
Replacement elements are sold separately. HEPA elements have greater efficiency for high-purity applications, but they reduce the maximum flow rate of your filter. Polyester and fiberglass are more durable than paper.

High-Vacuum Air-Intake Filters
Install these filters between your high-vacuum chamber and the inlet of your pump to remove dust, water vapor, and other contaminants from the system and protect the pump. Commonly used in vacuum-furnace and coating applications, they have a polyester filter element that traps particles as small as 5 microns. All filters have been helium-leak tested to ensure quality. When the filter element becomes clogged, you can replace it.
Quick-clamp connections are also known as KF, QF, and NW connections; they require a ring and quick clamp (sold separately) to complete the connection.
Claw-clamp connections are also known as ISO-K connections; use a ring and multiple claw clamps (sold separately) to secure. Double-claw clamps attach to the grooves on the fittings. Single-claw clamps have a clamp on one end and an exposed bolt on the other. Thread the bolt-end directly into the body of pumps, valves, or other high-vacuum components.

Vacuum-Rated Air Separators for Water Removal
Improve vacuum system efficiency and protect components from moisture—these separators remove over 90% of water from air. Typically used with vacuum pumps, they minimize vacuum pressure drop, even when the element is saturated with water. Separators have a viewing window so you can see inside to monitor water removal. Mount separator vertically for proper drainage (brackets sold separately), and install before air filters.

Water Aspirator Pumps
Pick up chemical spills and remove liquids in vacuum filtering systems—these pumps create suction to draw up liquids and gases as water flows through them. They’re made of HDPE and polyethylene, so they won’t break down when exposed to highly corrosive chemicals and acids. The suction end has a barbed tube connector, which attaches to your vacuum tubing. The connector stays attached to your vacuum tubing and connects to the pump when you’re ready to use it again. These pumps also have an internal check valve to prevent backflow.
