These electric lifters create a continuous vacuum system to lift microchips, circuit boards, and other sensitive components without squeezing or scratching them. Made from ESD-safe materials, they prevent electrostatic discharges that could damage your parts. Plus, Buna-N vacuum cups won’t leave marks behind. To release suction, press the button on the pen.

Fixed lifters operate at a set vacuum level, so they’re good for handling small parts of similar size, weight, and material. When perfectly sealed, their vacuum level is 10 in. of Hg. This may be too strong for very delicate material such as thin plastic film.

Adjustable lifters have a knob to change the vacuum level. Adjust the vacuum level to just below atmospheric pressure to lift extremely delicate items, such as a thin piece of foil or film strip. Raise the vacuum level up to 10 in. of Hg to lift bolts, shims, and other heavier items. To reduce energy consumption, these lifters have an automatic on/off function that starts the vacuum when you pick up the pen from its holder and stops it when you put the pen back in. A bar graph display shows real-time vacuum levels to confirm an effective seal. These lifters are designed to limit shedding, so they’re rated for use in ISO Class 5 clean rooms.

Miniature cup kits (sold separately) include miniature tips that can lift very tiny parts down to 0.004" in size—about the thickness of a sheet of paper. Made with acetal, they are ESD safe. You can use them in precision engineering and electronics, such as building or repairing printed circuit boards (PCBs).
