Measure your pipe and fittings to identify their pipe size, thread size, schedule, and thread type. Then, find compatible components.
Plastic Cam-and-Groove Hose Couplings with Shut-Off Valve for Chemicals
These polypropylene couplings are lighter in weight than metal cam-and-groove couplings, yet have the corrosion resistance to handle chemical applications. They have excellent strength and abrasion resistance. Couplings consist of a plug and a socket that are sold together as a set. Use them to quickly connect and disconnect medium-to large-diameter hose lines. Also known as dry disconnects and double shut-off couplings, the plug and the socket both have a shut-off valve for minimal fluid loss when disconnecting the hose line. To connect, insert the plug into the socket, press the locking levers down, and turn the valve handles to the open position. The locking levers prevent accidental disconnection. To disconnect, turn the valve handles to the closed position, lift both levers, and pull out the plug. Couplings cannot be disconnected when the valves are open. They are not compatible with any other style of coupling. Dust covers are included to protect the ends of couplings when not in use.
Note: The listed length refers to the length of the coupling when connected.
Warning: Relieve all pressure before disconnecting the couplings. Do not use cam-and-groove couplings with compressed air or gas.

- For Use With: Acetic Acid, Magnesium Chloride
- Max. Pressure: 100 psi @ 72° F

Right-Angle Flow Rectangular Manifolds
Distribute air or fluid to multiple locations from a single supply source with these manifolds. They are also known as headers. They have mounting holes, so you can mount from the top or side.
PTFE manifolds have the best chemical and corrosion resistance of all the plastic and metal manifolds we offer, so they’re the best choice for acids and other highly corrosive substances. Do not use with deonized water at temperatures above 120° F.
Use a plug (sold separately) to close off any unused inlets and outlets.

A spring-free flow path allows more chemicals to pass through these tube couplings at lower line pressures than other quick-disconnect couplings. This reduces turbulence, foaming, bubbles, and blockage. They have a shut-off valve that stops the flow when the coupling is disconnected, so chemicals won’t leak from your line. Unlike couplings with a button release, these have a safety slide to reduce accidental separation from bumps or drops. They are often used in laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities, and other sterile environments.
Made of PVDF, also known as Kynar, these couplings have excellent chemical and UV resistance at ambient and elevated temperatures. They also resist abrasion, impact, flames, and corrosion. Compared to other quick-disconnect couplings for chemicals, these couplings can withstand higher temperatures—all the way up to 250° F.
When you insert the plug into the socket, it’ll connect with a click. To disconnect, slide the latch on the socket and remove the plug.
Note: For a complete coupling, order a plug and a socket with the same coupling size.

They have a single barb that grips onto tubing or hose and provides a smooth clamping surface for extra-tight connections that minimize leaks.
