    Aerosol Can

    Bottle

    Protect motor winding wire, transformers, and other metal electrical parts from oils, chemicals, and moisture with these abrasion- and wear-resistant coatings. They are solvent based, so they dry quickly. Choose a varnish with a dielectric strength that’s greater than the voltage of the electrical equipment it protects.
    Bottle—Varnish in a bottle includes an application brush. The brush is also good for touchups.
    Clear—Clear varnish leaves a transparent film so components can be inspected.
    Red and Green—Red and green varnish stand out for identification when used to coat wire.
    Cannot Be Sold To—Varnish that cannot be sold to the listed areas are restricted by product labeling requirements.

    Flame-Retardant Protective Coatings for Wood
