Vibration-Damping Swivel Leveling Mounts with Threaded Stud

With Cushion |
A rubber cushion reduces vibration to protect components and extend your machine’s life. For mounting versatility, you can install them in either threaded holes or unthreaded through holes at the bottom of equipment.
Zinc-Yellow-Chromate-Plated Steel Base—More corrosion resistant than nickel-plated steel, these mounts are suitable for damp environments. However, they won’t hold up to chemical cleaners, high-pressure washdowns, and other harsh conditions like stainless steel can.
304 Stainless Steel Base—The choice for most wet locations, these mounts can withstand repeated washdowns without corroding. However, they won't hold up to cleaning solutions that contain harsh chemicals like 316 stainless steel can.
Rubber Cushion—In addition to reducing vibration, the cushion grips surfaces so vibrating equipment doesn't slide. It also cuts down on noise and protects floors from scrapes and gouges.

Stay-Put Vibration-Damping Swivel Leveling Mounts with Threaded Stud
Bolt down machines so they don’t creep across the floor or tip over. These mounts have one or more holes for securing equipment that you don’t need to move. They also have a rubber cushion that reduces vibration to extend your machine’s life. The ball-and-socket joint in the base swivels to compensate for slightly sloped and pitted floors. They have a silicone seal at the base of the thread cover that keeps contaminants out. The seal is made with chemical additives, so you can find it with an X-ray machine if it falls into your line. Mounts are certified by 3-A, EHEDG, and USDA to meet sanitary design standards. They also have a rubber cushion that reduces vibration to extend your machine’s life. The ball-and-socket joint in the base swivels to compensate for slightly sloped and pitted floors. For mounting versatility, you can install these mounts in either threaded holes or unthreaded through holes at the bottom of equipment.

Easy-Install Vibration-Damping Swivel Leveling Mounts with Threaded Stud

A two-piece design requires less clearance to install than one-piece mounts. Raise your machine just enough to slide the base underneath, then insert the stud from above through a threaded or unthreaded hole. The stud rests in a divot in the base and swivels to keep equipment level on slightly sloped and pitted floors. Mounts also have a rubber cushion that reduces vibration to protect components and extend your machine’s life.
Iron Base—These mounts are best for dry environments since moisture will cause them to rust.

They have a solid rubber base, similar to a hockey puck, that isolates shock. The base also cuts down on noise and grips the floor so equipment doesn't slide when it's vibrating. The ball-and-socket joint in the base swivels to compensate for slightly sloped and pitted floors. A two-piece design requires less clearance to install than one-piece mounts. Raise your machine just enough to slide the base underneath, then insert the stud from above through a threaded or unthreaded hole to keep equipment level on uneven floors. A rubber cushion reduces vibration to protect components and extend your machine’s life.
Steel Base—These mounts are best for dry environments since moisture will cause them to rust.
Aluminum Base—These mounts are lighter than stainless steel ones, reducing the overall weight of your machine. They withstand occasional exposure to moisture, but don't hold up in wet environments like stainless steel.

Vibration-Damping Rigid Leveling Mounts with Threaded Hole

The rubber base reduces vibration to protect components and extend your machine's life. The base also cuts down on noise, protects floors from scrapes and gouges, and grips surfaces so vibrating equipment doesn't slide. Add your own stud to create a custom-length mount that levels equipment on uneven floors.
Stainless Steel Plate—These mounts have a stainless steel plate for excellent corrosion resistance.

Shock-Absorbing Rigid Leveling Mounts with Threaded Hole

Often used on presses, lathes, and die cutters, these mounts protect machines and floors from damage when equipment suddenly starts and stops. They have a solid rubber base, similar to a hockey puck, that isolates shock. The base also cuts down on noise and grips the floor so equipment doesn't slide when it's vibrating. Add your own stud to create a custom-length mount that levels equipment on uneven floors.
Stainless Steel Cover—The choice for most wet locations. The cover protects the base from grease and oil as well as repeated washdowns without corroding.
Zinc-Plated Steel Cover—The cover protects the base from drips of oil and grease that can degrade the rubber over time. However, it won’t hold up to high-pressure washdowns and cleaners that contain harsh chemicals.

The highest capacity vibration-damping mounts we offer. The rubber or felt cushion reduces vibration to protect components and extend your machine’s life. Rest large equipment, such as CNC and injection molding machines, on top of these mounts and the weight will keep them in place. Turn the hex head bolt with a wrench to adjust the height and angle.
Iron Base—These mounts are best for dry environments since moisture will cause them to rust.
Rubber Cushion—In addition to reducing vibration, the cushion grips surfaces so vibrating equipment doesn't slide. It also cuts down on noise and protects floors from scrapes and gouges.
