Gauge your machine’s health with more precision than vibration monitors. These sensors measure acceleration, vibration, and frequency. Mount them to motors, fans, and gearboxes. Made entirely of stainless steel, they stand up to prolonged exposure to water and mild chemicals. These sensors use the IEPE communication protocol, so you can connect them to a vibration controller or edge device.

All of these sensors are IP67 rated to block out dust and water if briefly submerged.

In addition to vibration, these meters measure acceleration, frequency, speed, displacement, and temperature. Use them to gauge the health of your bearings and machines. Onscreen analytics allow you to instantly check the condition of your equipment. These meters store up to 3,500 readings in memory, and you can transfer them to your computer with a USB cord (not included) to track trends.

A built-in display makes it easy to view vibration levels, warnings, and the status of these switches. Use the push-buttons to set and adjust activation points for vibration as well as a start delay to avoid false triggering from start-up vibration. Memory storage captures readings at regular intervals, which lets you analyze your process. These switches have a 5-pole M12 plug that connects to cables with a socket (sold separately), so you can quickly connect and disconnect them. Switches meet American, Canadian, and European safety standards.

Two easy-to-set dials allow you to adjust a set activation point for vibration as well as a time delay to avoid false triggering from start-up vibration. An LED alarm signals if the set activation point is exceeded. Plug the included cable into your data collector or programmable logic controller.

Get NEMA 4 and IP66 protection from dirt and water. These switches are rated for hazardous locations for Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups C and D; and Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F, and G. If vibration or shock exceeds a set activation point, the contacts actuate to either shut down your machine or activate an alarm. Reset the switch with the push of a button. The activation point is adjustable between 0 to 5 gravity units (g) at 0 to 60 Hz.

Diagnose imbalance, misalignment, and bearing wear across a wide range of rotating equipment. Each set includes two meters: one for low-speed vibration and one for higher speed. A flexible steel wire reed detects vibration, and the side scale reads in vibrations per minute (vpm). Because they require no batteries or electronics, these meters stay compact and reliable. Use them for quick spot checks where powered instruments aren't practical. A simple calculation determines motor speed in rpm for engines with multiple cycles.

In addition to measuring vibration, you can listen to and record machine performance. The magnetic base allows you to mount the probe on a machine for constant readings.
