Vibration Monitors
These monitors are constructed entirely of stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and are IP68 and IP69K rated for protection from temporary submersion and high-pressure washdowns. Connect to your data collector or programmable logic controller to monitor vibration. The 4-pole micro M12 plug connects to the included cable and socket to quickly connect and disconnect it.

Vibration-Monitoring Switches
Two easy-to-set dials allow you to adjust a set activation point for vibration as well as a time delay to avoid false triggering from start-up vibration. An LED alarm signals if the set activation point is exceeded. Plug the included cable into your data collector or programmable logic controller. IP67 rated for protection from dust and temporary submersion.

Vibration-Monitoring Switches with Digital Display
A built-in display makes it easy to view vibration levels, warnings, and the status of these switches. Use the push-buttons to set and adjust activation points for vibration as well as a start delay to avoid false triggering from start-up vibration. Memory storage captures readings at regular intervals, which lets you analyze your process. These switches have a 5-pole M12 plug that connects to cables with a socket (sold separately), so you can quickly connect and disconnect them. They are IP67 rated for protection from dust and brief submersion. Switches meet American, Canadian, and European safety standards. They also meet ISO standards for vibration monitoring.
Use Nano M8/USB adapter cords to connect these switches to your computer.
