Pioneer Quick-Disconnect Hose Couplings for Hydraulic Fluid

A complete coupling consists of a plug and a socket (both sold separately) that connect and disconnect quickly. Use them if you need frequent access to a hydraulic hose line. All of the Pioneer quick-disconnect plugs are compatible with any of the Pioneer quick-disconnect sockets of the same coupling size, regardless of the pipe size. Plugs are compatible with Parker 4000, Parker 4200, SafeWay S20, and SafeWay S40 sockets. Also known as double shut-off couplings, the plugs and sockets both have a shut-off valve that stops the flow when the coupling is separated. Plugs and sockets are zinc-plated steel, which is strong and durable with fair corrosion resistance.
Plugs are also known as nipples.
Plugs and sockets with a gasket offer extra protection against leaks.
NPTF (Dryseal) threads are compatible with NPT threads.
Note: To ensure a correct fit, make sure that the plug and socket have the same coupling size. Pressure ratings are given for static (constant) pressure conditions.
Warning: Never attempt to connect or disconnect couplings when operating at maximum pressure. Stop the flow before you disconnect the line.

- Maximum Pressure: 3,000 psi @ 72° F

Cam-and-Groove Hose Couplings for Food and Beverage

Made of FDA listed materials, these couplings are suitable for food and beverage applications and won’t impart tastes or odors to the product. They also meet NSF/ANSI 61 safety standards for use with drinking water systems. A complete coupling consists of a plug and a socket (both sold separately) that allow you to quickly connect and disconnect medium-to large-diameter hose lines. To connect, insert the plug into the socket and press the levers down. The levers fit snugly into the groove on the plug’s body and force the plug against the gasket to form a tight seal. To disconnect, lift both levers and pull out the plug. Plugs and sockets are polypropylene, which is lightweight with good abrasion and corrosion resistance.
Note: To ensure a correct fit, make sure that the plug and socket have the same coupling size.
Warning: Relieve all pressure before disconnecting the couplings. Do not use cam-and-groove couplings with compressed air or gas.

Metal Cam-and-Groove Hose Couplings for Water

A complete coupling consists of a plug and a socket (both sold separately) that allow you to quickly connect and disconnect medium-to large-diameter hose lines. Aluminum couplings are lighter in weight than brass plugs and sockets. They have good abrasion and corrosion resistance thanks to their anodized finish. Brass couplings are softer than aluminum plugs and sockets, so they’re easier to thread together. They have good corrosion resistance.
Note: To ensure a correct fit, make sure that the plug and socket have the same coupling size.
Warning: Relieve all pressure before disconnecting the couplings. Do not use cam-and-groove couplings with compressed air or gas.

Metal Cam-and-Groove Hose Couplings for Chemicals and Petroleum
Made of metal, these couplings have better durability than plastic cam-and-groove couplings. Couplings are compatible with Andrews, Dixon, Ever-Tite, and PT cam-and-groove couplings.
Aluminum fittings are lighter in weight than 316 stainless steel fittings. They have good corrosion resistance. 316 stainless steel fittings have excellent corrosion resistance.
Note: To ensure a correct fit, make sure that the plug and socket have the same coupling size.
Warning: Relieve all pressure before disconnecting the couplings. Do not use cam-and-groove couplings with compressed air or gas.

Metal Garden Hose Fittings
Connect these fittings to rubber or plastic garden hose for a variety of water supply applications.
Brass fittings have good corrosion resistance and are softer than other metal fittings, so they’re easier to thread together.

Aluminum Quick-Connect Pipe Fittings for Compressed Air
Twist these fittings onto aluminum pipe for quick, sealed connections—no threading, soldering, or welding necessary. Use them to build a compressed air system in half the time it would take to build a copper or steel system. Also known as Unipipe fittings, they’re part of a quick-connect system that’s compatible with pipe from Unipipe, Transair, and Infinity.
Finger tighten the collar on the end of these fittings, then use a wrench for the final quarter turn. The inside of these fittings has a compression ring and O-ring to seal against the pipe. They’re easy to take apart as needed to modify your setup.
Choose fittings with a blue or gray collar for easy identification. Fittings with a blue collar are often used for compressed air systems. Fittings with a gray collar are often used for vacuum systems.

- For Use With: Air, Coolant, Nitrogen, Oil
- Temperature Range: 0° to 210° F
- Specifications Met: ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.9
- Pipe Nipples and Pipe: Use Quick-Disconnect Aluminum
Fittings with outlets supply air where it’s needed using ¼ universal quick-disconnect couplings. They're compatible with Industrial, ARO, or European plugs. Connect them to a saddle tap tee anywhere along your pipeline. Each outlet also has a ¼ NPT port for draining the line or attaching a pressure gauge. Connect to strut channel with a strut-mount adapter (sold separately). Do not use them in vacuum applications.
