Often used in quiet environments such as labs and clean rooms, these are quieter than standard enclosure-cooling vortex tubes. Set the thermostat and the tubes switch on only when needed. They convert compressed air into a stream of cold air to keep electronics within enclosures from overheating while also keeping dust and other contaminants out. These vortex tubes chill compressed air by 50° F or more. They include a ducting kit to distribute cool air throughout the enclosure. All are rated NEMA 12 to resist dirt, light water splashes, and oil/coolant dripping.

Dual Air Outlets—Vortex tubes with dual air outlets have a higher cooling capacity than other vortex tubes. Use them to cool large enclosures and electronics that generate significant heat. Direct the two air streams independently for targeted cooling. With two air mufflers and two ducting lines, these vortex tubes take up slightly more space in your enclosure than vortex tubes with one air outlet.

In addition to being quieter than standard enclosure-cooling vortex tubes, these stand up to washdowns and weather. They convert compressed air into a stream of cold air to keep electronics within enclosures from overheating while also keeping dust and other contaminants out. Set the thermostat and the tubes switch on only when needed. All include a ducting kit to distribute cool air throughout the enclosure and air mufflers to reduce noise. They also have an inline compressed air filter, which prevents moisture from building up inside the enclosure to further safeguard electronics.

UL classified for hazardous locations, these vortex tubes convert compressed air into a stream of cold air to keep electronics within enclosures from overheating while also keeping dust and other contaminants out. They chill compressed air by 50° F or more. These vortex tubes have a check valve that seals the air outlet when the unit is not in use, allowing the enclosure to be pressurized. All include a ducting kit to distribute cool air throughout the enclosure.

5,000 BTU/hr Cooling Capacity—Vortex tubes with a cooling capacity of 5,000 Btu/hr. have dual air outlets that release two cold air streams. They’re good for cooling down large enclosures and electronics that generate a lot of heat. You can direct the air streams separately to target specific electronics. These vortex tubes take up more space inside of enclosures than those with a lower cooling capacity.

Set the thermostat and these vortex tubes switch on only when needed. Suitable for washdown applications, they are NEMA rated to resist washdowns. They convert compressed air into a stream of cold air to keep electronics within enclosures from overheating while also keeping dust and other contaminants out. These vortex tubes chill compressed air by 50° F or more. They include a ducting kit to distribute cool air throughout the enclosure.
