Wall-Covering Panels

Cover wallboard, masonry, and studs with these durable, washable, and mildew-resistant panels. They can be cut with a fine-tooth carbide-tipped power saw. To install, use a trowelable construction-grade adhesive, nylon drive rivets, or a combination of the two (sold separately).

Plastic Wall Panels

Virtually unbreakable, these panels are impact, heat, chemical, weather, and UV resistant. To cut panels to size, use a circular saw with a fine-tooth blade. Panels can also be used in roofing applications. When used as roof panels, they require a minimum 5° slope.

Connectors join two panels side by side. Finishing strips keep the top and bottom ends clear of dirt and dust.

In-Plant Office Buildings

Easy to assemble and relocate when necessary, these office buildings create a private work space in your warehouse or manufacturing facility.

Buildings come with four walls but do not come with a floor. Each building has 3" thick, R-11 insulated wall panels; 24-ga. steel floor track with screw-on vinyl base; steel posts with wiring access on two sides; aluminum top caps and corner posts; 22-ga. corrugated steel roof; and a 24" × 48" noncombustible lay-in acoustical ceiling system.

You'll also get a 36" Wd. × 84" Ht. × 1 3/4" Thick. door that's made of 20-ga. steel and hung on an 18-ga. steel frame. The door has a 24" Wd. × 24" Ht. × 1/4" Thick. tempered glass window and comes furnished with a keyed lock and two keys (keyed differently). All doors swing out and are hinged on the left.

Buildings include up to three (see below) factory-installed tempered glass windows that measure 48" Wd. × 36" Ht. × 1/4" Thick., which can be installed in any wall panel location.

They also come with an electrical package that includes 24" × 48" recessed fluorescent light fixtures with acrylic lens cover (four 48" long T8 bulbs required and not included), 110V AC outlet, wall switch, outlet boxes, conduit (wiring not included), and a circuit breaker panel (with breakers) that's rated at 100 amps with a 70-amp main.

High-Visibility Personal Protection Panels

Visible at a distance because of their bright yellow frames, these clear panels safely section off workspaces and create distance between workers. The plastic panels won’t block sightlines and are easier to clean than fabric. Mount them to floors, walls, and ceilings with the included brackets, or use the brackets as feet to create freestanding partitions. The mounting holes allow you to bolt multiple panels together.

Style B panels have an open bottom half for positioning over tables, workbenches, and counters.

Freestanding Panel

Place these panels between people to prevent the spread of illness without blocking communication—they’re flexible, so they won’t crack like rigid panels and they roll up for moving and storing them. Made of PVC, they’re durable and easy to clean, as well as lightweight, which is helpful when carrying and assembling them.

Hanging panels, unlike freestanding panels, can’t be knocked over and don’t take up floor space. Suspend them from the ceiling using the included mounting hooks.

Personal Protection Panels

Create a barrier between customers and employees to stop the spread of illness. Made from clear acrylic, these panels block germs without keeping the people on each side from seeing and interacting with one another. They’re also durable, so they won’t break down from daily use.

Hanging panels have mounting holes at the top corners and come with a 6 ft. wire to suspend them at the height you choose. Unlike freestanding panels, they can’t be knocked over.

Freestanding panels sit upright on flat surfaces, so they’re easier to set up and move than hanging panels.

Panels with a cutout have space to pass money, documents, and other items through the barrier. Panels with a mounting base or foot brackets are supported from underneath.

Those with side panels protect you from the front and sides. Hinged side panels fold flat for storage when they’re not in use. 12"-wide hinged side panels give you extra protection on both sides. Screw-on side panels include mounting hardware for attaching the side panels to the front panel. Use them for a permanent setup.

Those with four panels protect up to four people at a single table or desk unit. They consist of two panels that slide together—no fasteners required—to create a four-way intersection, taking up less space than four individual panels would. 31" × 48" panels are designed for rectangular tables; all other four-way panels are designed for square and circular tables.

Rolling Personal Protection Panels

Move these panels to partition workspaces and separate workers. Compared to fabric panels, these polycarbonate panels allow more visibility to the other side and are easier to clean and disinfect.

Sliding panels glide open and collapse smoothly to best fit your space.

Folding panels have 360° hinges, so you can fold them into different shapes. The more panels, the more complex a shape you can create. Those with support panels are easy to move—the end panels act as bookends to keep the panel steady.

Panels with a fluted texture have ridges that reduce visibility. Panels with a smooth texture are as clear as windows.

Create workspaces by joining multiple wall panels. Partitions can be reconfigured as needs change and have leveling feet to compensate for uneven floors.

Wall panels must be supported every 6 to 8 feet with a wall bracket or with another wall panel set at 90°. Use two wall brackets to attach a wall panel to an existing wall: one for the panel top and one for the bottom.

To create a three-way connection, use two packages of corner connectors; to create a four-way connection, use three packages of corner connectors.

Bookshelves must be used with wall panels of the same width.
