Stainless Steel Ready-To-Run Mini Belt Conveyors

Ready to plug in and run right out of the box, these conveyors move items in areas that are frequently cleaned, such as in food plants. Made of stainless steel, they resist corrosion from water and mild chemicals commonly used in washdowns. The belt on these conveyors can move a wide range of small products—from loose material to irregularly shaped parts that would catch on rollers and skate wheels. A good choice for quality checks, these conveyors have a built-in speed control and a flat belt surface to keep objects steady as they move. With a slimmer profile compared to standard conveyors, they take up less floor space. All come with a mount to install the included gearmotor to the side of the conveyor.

These conveyors require drive and support stands. The stands have leveling feet to compensate for uneven floors. You need one drive stand and one support stand for 5 ft. long conveyors. 8 ft. long conveyors require one drive stand and two support stands.

Conveyors are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, making them suitable for washdown applications.

Note: Weight capacities are based on an evenly distributed load with at least one stand at each end for straight conveyors, and an additional stand in the center for curved conveyors. The length of the material you’re conveying should be at least three times the roller spacing.

Straight Conveyor

10 ft. Long—You can increase the weight capacity of a 10-ft. straight conveyor by adding a stand in the center.

Stainless Steel Bench-Top Roller Conveyors

Push small items from person to person in areas with frequent washdowns. Made of stainless steel with polypropylene bearings, these conveyors won’t rust from exposure to water or chemicals. They’re lightweight and don’t require a power source, so you can set them up on any flat surface to move material over short distances. The rollers convey objects with either flat or uneven bottoms.

Note: Weight capacities are based on an evenly distributed load. The length of the material you're conveying should be at least three times the roller spacing.
