Nonabrasive Cotton Webbing
Made from cotton, this soft webbing won’t scratch painted or polished surfaces. It resists static better than synthetic materials, such as polyester, so it’s often used to tie down electronics. Fold and stitch cut ends to keep them from fraying, or add a finishing tip (sold separately).
Nylon-reinforced webbing is stronger than plain cotton webbing. The nylon core is covered in soft cotton.
Note: Breaking strength is the force at which new webbing will break. Choose webbing with an appropriate breaking strength based on the working load limit and the safety factor required by your application.
Warning: Never use for lifting applications.
