Heavy Duty Tapered Shims
Ridges keep these aluminum shims from sliding apart when stacked. Designed for aligning shafts and axles, they support heavier loads than plastic tapered shims. For extra stability, screw through the center mounting hole. Also known as pinion shims.

Smooth Wood
Easily snap off any excess to get the length you need. Use these shims to align cabinets, doors, and windows, or for other rough leveling.
Dimpled shims have breaks every ½ inch. They resist splitting when nailed or screwed, so they’re best to use when hammering is needed.
Lined shims are marked every 1/8 inch for clean, precise breaks.

Slotted Tapered Shims
The slot lets you install these rigid shims around screws. Shims are made of plastic to resist moisture and prevent rot. Use them to align cabinets, doors, and windows, or for other rough leveling.

Wedge Lock Washers
These two-piece washers provide more locking power than split, tooth, and spring lock washers. Wedges on the inside lock the two pieces together, and serrations on the exterior grip surfaces to resist loosening from high vibration and shifting. Washers are reusable.
316 stainless steel washers have excellent resistance to chemicals and salt water. They may be mildly magnetic.
Zinc-flake-coated steel washers are corrosion resistant in wet environments.
316 stainless steel and zinc-flake-coated steel washers are comparable to NORD-LOCK® Series washers.
Black zinc-flake-coated steel washers are comparable to Sherex TEC Series washers.
Spring lock washers are comparable to NORD-LOCK® X-Series washers. They withstand vibration better than standard wedge lock washers by combining the locking power of a wedge lock with the clamping force of a spring lock.

Sanitary Threaded Standoffs
Mount components onto food processing lines, walls, and sanitary equipment while leaving space to clean in between. These standoffs have a smooth finish and rounded edges to eliminate pits or crevices where bacteria could grow. Made of 304 stainless steel, they won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers. A rubber seal stops water and contaminants from entering the body of these standoffs. They are FDA compliant for safe contact with food.
Tapered standoffs are shaped so there are no crevices between their tapered end and small, mounted objects, such as pipe. They also have a lower mounting profile than standard standoffs.
