    No Twist

    ABS Plastic Handle

C-clamps tighten with a handle. Use these multipurpose tools for strong clamping in nearly any application.
Heavy Duty—Heavy duty clamps have a strong frame that won’t spread when holding big workpieces, such as large diameter pipe and thick plate.
No Twist—No-twist clamps have jaws that move in unison to apply even pressure and prevent twisting while securing your workpiece. They’re also known as cantilever clamps.
Copper Connection—Clamps that are copper prevent weld spatter from sticking.
ABS Plastic Handle—Clamps with an ABS plastic handle have a cushioned grip that’s comfortable to hold.
Copper-Plated Steel Screw—Clamps that have copper-plated components prevent weld spatter from sticking.

    Nonconductive

Plier clamps are good for light duty applications that require mobility, such as building a fence.
Copper Connection—Clamps that are copper prevent weld spatter from sticking.
Nonconductive—Nonconductive clamps won’t transmit electricity, meaning you can touch them while the power is on without disrupting the circuit.
Cable Support—Cable supports prevent cable strand breakage.

    Standard

    Flat Jaw

Spring clamps have an extended jaw that eases clamping. Both jaws carry current.
Flat Jaw—Flat-jaw clamps grip flat surfaces especially well. They have a larger contact area with the workpiece than standard spring clamps, so electricity flows more easily, but their jaw openings aren’t as large.
Copper Connection—Clamps that are copper prevent weld spatter from sticking.
Cable Support—Cable supports prevent cable strand breakage.

Magnetic clamps stick to metal surfaces on your workpiece, even oddly-shaped and sized ones. Compared to traditional clamps, they require less manual effort and are less limited by the amount of space available on your workpiece. However, you can’t use them on aluminum or nonferrous material, and their hold is usually less powerful than traditional clamps.
Multiple Angle—Multiple-angle clamps let you hold more than one workpiece at a time, at different angles.
Copper Connection—Clamps that are copper prevent weld spatter from sticking.
On/Off Switch—Clamps with an on/off switch let you engage and disengage the magnet for easy placement and removal of your workpiece.

    Stud Welders

Join threaded studs and pins to metal surfaces in milliseconds, forming bonds stronger than the studs themselves. Just load a stud into the gun, aim it against your base material, and pull the trigger to fuse the two together.
Unlike drawn arc stud welders, our capacitor discharge systems work with metals less than a millimeter thick. They won’t leave fastener heads on the opposite side of the base material, so they’re often used for jobs requiring a clean-looking finish, such as attaching handles to high-end cookware. The one-sided welds are also preferred by the USDA for fabricating dairy tanks and other food-safe machinery – with no holes drilled, germs have nowhere to hide.

    MIG Welders

Image of Product. Front orientation. MIG Welders.
Powerful, practical, and made in the U.S., our Lincoln MIG welder plugs into common 120V outlets to produce an output range of 30-140 amps. That’s enough power to weld steel as thick as 3/16" in a single pass.
The system comes with a gun, nozzles, contact tips, sample spools of wire, and everything else you need for gasless, flux-cored welding. For solid-core MIG welding, connect the regulator to a tank of shielding gas (not included).

    Electric Welding Positioners

Mount a workpiece on these motorized turntables for smooth and continuous 360° rotary motion useful for creating circular welds. Turntables tilt and lock in place at angles up to 90° in 15° increments. Once the workpiece is attached to the turntable or chuck, press the foot pedal to start the motor. As the part rotates, your hands are free to focus on the weld.
Load capacity is reduced as the table is tilted.

    Multiprocess Welders

Image of Product. Front orientation. Multiprocess Welders.
Repair most metal with a single machine—these welders perform MIG, TIG, and stick welds. Often used for general purpose applications, MIG welding is faster than other techniques and easiest to learn. TIG welding works on thin metal and leaves a clean appearance, so it’s commonly used for finish work. Stick welding is best for heavy duty welds on thick or dirty metal. It’s also the easiest to do outdoors, since it doesn’t use shielding gas that could be affected by wind.

    Plasma Cutters

Image of Product. Front orientation. Plasma Cutters.
Using compressed air and electricity, these cutters make accurate cuts in conductive materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper. They include a torch that is easier to maneuver and control than a portable saw, so it allows you to make straight and contoured cuts in tight spaces. Use cutters intermittently when cutting materials of the maximum thickness.
For 1/4" @ 110V AC and For 1/4" @ 240V AC—Cutter for 1/4" thick steel is wired for 240 volts and includes an adapter cord for 110 volts. Motor is single phase.
For 5/8" @ 120V AC and For 5/8" @ 240V AC—Cutter for 5/8" thick steel is wired for 120 and 240 volts, single phase motor.

Best for welding thin metal, these TIG welders make clean, precise welds and are often used for finishing work. They include components such as torches, cable, and hose. A shielding gas is required for use.
ESAB—ESAB welders are lightweight and portable, making them easy to carry around your facility.
Lincoln—Lincoln welders have a built-in polarity switch to select AC or DC amperage.
