Twist-On Insulation-Piercing Wire Tap Assortments
T-Tap
Twist the threaded end cap onto a main wire and a tap wire to connect them without crimping. Since you twist to connect, these wire taps are convenient for jobs where you don’t have many tools on hand. The cap locks the wire into place, making them good for high-vibration applications. As you twist the cap onto the main wire, it pierces the insulation, so you don’t need to strip the wire. However, you need to strip the tap wire.
