High-Voltage Continuous-Flex Flat Cable

- Use For: Automation, Continuous Motion
- Continuous Flex
- Temperature Range: -85° to 325° F
- Insulation: Silicone Rubber
Rated to 17,000 volts AC or higher, this cable is often used in oil drilling, robotics, and festoon systems. It withstands continuous motion without degrading data or signal transmission. With a flat shape, it’s good for tight spaces. It meets UL 94 V-0 for flame retardance.
Bend radius is the point to which the cable will bend without being damaged. It is measured from the center of the bend to the edge of the cable. The smaller the measurement, the tighter the bend.

Servomotor Continuous-Flex Cable

- Use For: Automation, Continuous Motion, Interference Shielding, Motors
- Continuous Flex
- Temperature Range: -40° to 175° F
- Insulation:
Outer: Polyurethane Rubber
Inner: Polypropylene Plastic
Connect servocontrollers and servomotors in automated equipment and on assembly lines. This cable withstands continuous motion without degrading data or signal transmission. The polyurethane rubber insulation resists abrasion and oil. It’s flame rated VW-1 to meet requirements for preventing the spread of flames based on a timed test with vertically suspended material.
Cable with signal wires is also known as feedback cable. It sends and receives signals between a servomotor and a PLC.
Shielded cable has a layer of braid that blocks signal interference from nearby equipment and devices.
Bend radius is the point to which the cable will bend without being damaged. It is measured from the center of the bend to the edge of the cable. The smaller the measurement, the tighter the bend.

Ethernet Cable

- Use For:
Unshielded: Data; Category 3 can also be used for Telephones
Shielded, Double Shielded: Data, Interference Shielding - Flexible
- Insulation: PVC Plastic
Send data between computers, printers, servers, and switches in an office or workstation. This cable is backward compatible so it works in networks that meet the same or a lower category. Choose cable with a higher ethernet cable category for a clearer signal.
Shielded cable has a layer of foil that blocks signal interference from nearby equipment and devices. It has an uninsulated ground wire that is not counted in the number of wires.
Double shielded cable has a layer of braid and foil shielding for better protection against signal interference than foil alone. Use it in environments with high signal distortion, such as near transformers, generators, and heavy duty motors. For the cable with an uninsulated ground wire, the ground wire is not counted in the number of wires.

Continuous-Flex Ethernet Cable

- Use For: Automation, Continuous Motion, Data, Interference Shielding
- Continuous Flex
- Insulation:
Shielded: Polyurethane Rubber
Double Shielded: TPE Rubber, except Category 6A is Polyurethane Plastic
Often used in automated applications that require continuous motion such as robotics, this cable sends data between computers, servers, and switches without degrading data transmission. This Ethernet cable is backward compatible so it works in networks that meet the same or a lower category. Bend radius is the point to which the cable will bend without being damaged. It is measured from the center of the bend to the edge of the cable. The smaller the measurement, the tighter the bend.
