Wireless Emergency Stop Push-Button Switches
Instantly cut power when obstacles or distance make it hard to reach your machine in time. Whether it’s a jammed conveyor or a remotely operated forklift, these switches let you shut down with a single push—no need to navigate around a crowded shop floor. Install surface-mount switches to workstations and other easy-to-access spots or carry portable switches around with you so you can stop a machine no matter where you are. They communicate wirelessly with a receiver (sold separately) that’s hardwired to your machine. Stop multiple machines with one switch, set multiple switches to stop one machine, or anything in between.
900 MHz switches are compatible with frequencies found in U.S. systems. These switches can be used in combinations of six. For example, you could set one switch to control five machines.
2.4 GHz switches are compatible with frequencies found in European systems. These switches can be used in combinations of 10. For example, you could pair four switches with six receivers or eight switches with two receivers.
Switches that meet IEC 61508 SIL2 and ISO 13849-1 PLd comply with safety requirements for emergency stop applications.
