Threaded On/Off Valves with Easy-Access Strainer
A built-in strainer traps debris and allows you to replace the screen without disconnecting your pipeline. These valves have a T-handle or lever that resists accidental movement when snagged or bumped. They are full port, so they do not restrict flow.

Threaded On/Off Valves with Gauge Port and Strainer

- Valve Type: Ball
- For Use With: Oil, Water
- Seal Material: PTFE Plastic
Monitor and maintain flow quality from a single valve—these valves have a gauge port, strainer, and drain built in. A gauge port gives you a spot to add a gauge to monitor pressure without stopping flow. The strainer traps debris to prevent blockages, while the drain releases excess liquid and debris. They’re a good choice for lines that require frequent maintenance or cleaning. A threaded union makes these valves easy to install and remove without disrupting your line. They thread together or apart with only a turn to the union fitting, unlike other threaded on/off valves that require repositioning your pipe or valve. The union fitting slides over your pipe, and the threaded fitting sits inside. These valves are full port, so they do not restrict flow.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Solder-Connect On/Off Valves with Gauge Port and Strainer

- Valve Type: Ball
- For Use With: Oil, Water
- Seal Material: PTFE Plastic
- Specifications Met: ASME B16.22
Monitor and maintain flow quality from a single valve. These valves have gauge ports, a strainer, and a drain built in. Gauge ports let you take pressure, temperature, and other measurements in your line. A strainer traps debris to keep it out of your system, and a drain lets you release fluid and debris. These valves are full port, so they do not restrict flow.
Thanks to their solder-connect union fitting, these valves are especially useful in lines that require frequent maintenance and cleaning. Slide the union nut on the tube and solder the solder-connect fittings to your line for a permanent, leak-tight connection. You can then connect and disconnect the line with a turn of the union fitting.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.
