    Light-Activated Instant-Bond Adhesives

Image of Product. Front orientation. Instant-Bond Adhesives. Light-Activated Instant-Bond Adhesives.
Take your time positioning parts that require precise alignment, such as optical instruments. Instead of gripping immediately, these adhesives only harden when you expose them to a compatible light source.
    Syringe—Apply with a dispensing gun.
Thin Liquid—Seep into narrow gaps and joints that thick-liquid adhesives can't reach. Use when bonding close-fitting parts.
Thick Liquid—Fill larger gaps than thin-liquid adhesives, so they're better for bonding slightly misaligned or uneven surfaces.
ISO 10993—Comply with biocompatibility standards for medical-grade applications.

    Flexible Light-Activated Instant-Bond Adhesives

Image of Product. Front orientation. Instant-Bond Adhesives. Flexible Light-Activated Instant-Bond Adhesives.
Take your time to precisely align parts before bonding, and maintain flexibility afterward. These adhesives won't harden until you expose them to a compatible light source. They also remain elastic so the bond can bend without breaking.
    Syringe—Apply with a dispensing gun.
Thick Liquid—Fill larger gaps than thin-liquid adhesives, so they're better for bonding slightly misaligned or uneven surfaces.

Acrylic Structural Adhesives for Hard-to-Bond Materials

Image of Product. Cartridge. Front orientation. Cartridge.

    Cartridge

Join polyethylene, polypropylene, and other plastics standard acrylics can't join.
Acrylics bond with the widest range of materials of any adhesive. They adhere to plastic especially well, requiring little surface preparation.
These adhesives come in two parts that need to be mixed. The container size listed is the combined total of the two parts.
Cartridge—To mix and dispense these adhesives, you'll need a mixer nozzle and dispensing gun.
Thick Liquid—Flow into narrower gaps than gels and pastes, but thick enough to stay put on uneven surfaces.

No need to mix these acrylics—apply adhesive to one surface and activator to the other, then join. Acrylics bond with the widest range of materials of any adhesive. They adhere to plastic especially well, requiring little surface preparation.
Paste—Thicker than liquid adhesives but still spreadable—good for filling gaps and covering surfaces.
Thick Liquid—Flow into narrower gaps than gels and pastes, but thick enough to stay put on uneven surfaces.

    Retaining Compounds for Close-Fitting Parts

Image of Product. Bottle. Front orientation. Retaining Compounds. Bottle.

    Bottle

Fill gaps up to 0.01" to secure unthreaded cylindrical metal parts such as shafts, bearings, and press-fit assemblies. These retaining compounds begin to harden once coated surfaces are pressed together, blocking exposure to air.
Primer (sold separately) cleans the surface and decreases the time to reach full strength. It is recommended when working with aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium; black-oxide finishes, and cadmium and zinc coatings.

    Thread Sealants with PTFE

Image of Product. Front orientation. Thread Sealants. Thread Sealants with PTFE, Tube.

    Tube

PTFE provides a slippery surface that keeps threads from binding. These sealants are anaerobic, so they don’t begin to harden until coated surfaces are threaded together, blocking exposure to air.
Medium Locking Strength—Sealants with medium locking strength prevent threads from loosening due to vibration and shock. They require a hand tool to unthread.

Image of Product. Front orientation. Conformal Coatings. Heavy Duty Light-Activated Conformal Coatings.
Thinner than potting compounds, these coatings flow easily into small spaces between electrical components. They require an ultraviolet curing lamp to reach full strength. Use them to secure and insulate hardware on printed circuit boards.
Syringe—Syringe coatings require a gun (sold separately) to dispense.
