Plastic Circulation Pumps for Water and Coolants

A powerful motor provides twice the flow rate of other extended-life circulation pumps. The motor is totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) for use in dusty, dirty, and damp environments. Magnets turn the impeller to eliminate seal wear and leakage for a long service life. These pumps are often used with electroplating and photographic solutions. They are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source to fully fill the pump before turning on. Do not run dry or use with solids.
Note: If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.

Harsh-Environment Circulation Pumps for Water and Oil

The motor is totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) for use in dusty, dirty, and damp environments. Use these pumps to move water and lubricating oil in boiler feed systems, cooling towers, and heat exchangers. The housing rotates for vertical or horizontal discharge. Pumps are self-priming after you fill the pump chamber with liquid. As liquid in the chamber is expelled, a suction force is created, which allows the pump to draw liquid upward.
Note: Pumps must be filled with liquid before use. They need a constant flow of liquid and cannot run dry. If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.

High-Efficiency Circulation Pumps for Water, Coolants, and Oil

Use less electricity to achieve the same flow rates as other circulation pumps. These pumps have a totally enclosed motor for use in dusty, dirty, and damp environments. Adjust the housing studs to make the discharge direction more vertical or horizontal. Pumps are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source to fully fill the pump before turning on. Do not run dry or use with solids.
Note: If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.

High-Head Circulation Pumps for Water

Also known as booster pumps, these have a multistage impeller that propels water about two times higher and farther than standard circulation pumps. Use them in applications such as water delivery, irrigation, and pressure washing. The motor is totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) for use in dusty, dirty, and damp environments. Pumps are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source to fully fill the pump before turning on. Do not run dry or use with solids.

High-Head Circulation Pumps for Water, Coolants, and Oil

Propel liquid higher and farther than standard circulation pumps. They're commonly used with chillers, heat exchangers, and boiler feed systems. The motor is open dripproof (ODP) for use in clean, dry, and well-ventilated environments. Pumps are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source to fully fill the pump before turning on. Do not run dry or use with solids.
Note: If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.

High-Flow Inline Circulation Pumps for Water

A high-horsepower motor handles four times the flow and twice the pressure of other inline circulation pumps. Install these pumps directly in your pipeline for applications such as hot-water circulation and hydronic heating and cooling. Mount horizontally or vertically. The motor cannot face downward; it’s cooled by the water being pumped. Do not run dry or use with solids.
Note: If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.

High-Pressure Constant-Flow-Rate Pumps without Motor for Water

Commonly called rotary vane pumps, they have a built-in bypass relief valve to prevent pressure buildup. Attach an electric motor with a speed reducer or a belt pulley to alter the pump speed. Use a NEMA 56C frame motor. Pumps are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source to fully fill the pump before turning on. Do not run dry or use with solids. They meet NSF/ANSI 61 safety standards for use with drinking water systems.
Pumps with a 303 stainless steel housing are more corrosion resistant than pumps with a brass housing.

Self-Priming Circulation Pumps without Motor for Water

Also known as flexible impeller pumps, these create a suction force that can draw liquid upward to fill the pump chamber when your liquid source is below the pump. The impeller resists clogging and wear. Select a spark-free air motor for hazardous environments or attach an electric motor with a speed reducer or a belt pulley to alter the pump speed.
Repair kits (sold separately) include components such as impellers, O-rings, and seal lips.
Note: Pumps must be filled with liquid before use. They need a constant flow of liquid and cannot run dry.

Supplied-Air Hood Respirators for Air Pumps

When connected to an air pump, respirators provide a continuous supply of clean air. They have a chemical-resistant Tychem 2000 (formerly known as Tyvek QC) hood that protects against light liquid splashes. Tuck the hood with outer bib and inner bib into your clothing for splash protection. The ratchet suspension hat adjusts with an easy-turn knob.
If you need a different material or style, select a respirator hood that’s compatible with your respirator. Respirator hoods do not require fit testing, and they leave enough room to fit a ponytail or beard without compromising your respiratory protection. Hoods are available in a variety of materials and protection factors.
Add extension hose (sold separately) to increase your span up to 300 ft. To maintain NIOSH approval, respirators must be used with the hoses listed.
