Flame-Retardant Super-Cushioning Polyurethane Foam Sheets and Strips
When these sheets and strips are exposed to flames, the surface chars to create a protective barrier that prevents melting, dripping, and the possibility of spreading fire. Foam, but not the adhesive, meets UL 94 HF-1. This foam is widely used in packaging applications to absorb shock and damp vibration. Foam has open-cell construction, which allows water, air, and gases to be absorbed.
