To provide corrosion resistance in wet environments, this framing is galvanized. Slip the fittings over rails to construct custom railings, guard rails, storage racks, and shelving. Tighten the included set screws for a secure hold.

Build-Your-Own No-Drill Railings

Combine bases, rails, gates, and toeboards to create a barrier customized to your needs. When properly installed in a U-shape, these items meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.29 requirements for fall protection systems. Rails, bases, and toeboards also meet OSHA 29 CFR 1926.502 requirements for fall protection systems. Base is weighted to allow installation without drilling holes.

To protect the work surface from scuffs and scratches, use nonskid pads.

Use rail-to-base connecting pins to secure the rails to the bases.

Roller Track for Doors

Combine track, mounting brackets, and hangers that fit the same inside track width to create a system for hanging doors. Some components that fit together are rated for different capacities; the capacity of your system is determined by the component with the lowest capacity.

Hangers with bolts attach through the top of your door. They adjust vertically within the bolt's thread length. Two per door are required. Hangers with mounting plate attach around the sides and top of your door. They adjust vertically between the bottom of the track and the top of the door. Two per door are required.

Base-Mounted Shaft Supports

Heavy Duty Handrail Mounting Brackets

Designed for heavy duty applications, these brackets support metal and wooden handrails on stairs and ramps.

Steel and iron brackets are strong enough to reliably support handrails that are used frequently. Powder-coated iron brackets are more resistant to scratches and dents than uncoated or painted iron.

Cast brackets are stronger than formed brackets.

Styles 1-3 have mounting holes in their base to mount to the wall. Styles 1 and 3 have a saddle for fastening or welding the handrail. Style 4 brackets come with a fastener and an anchor for mounting to the wall. They also have a saddle for securing the handrail (mounting fasteners not included).
