Straight Flute—The most common flute style, these reamers are suitable for a wide range of applications, but not recommended for holes with a keyway or other breaks in the surface.

Reamers for Morse Taper-Socket Holes
Use these reamers to turn straight holes into Morse taper-socket holes that can hold cutting tools or adapters in machine spindles. They're also good for finishing existing Morse taper holes and removing nicks and burrs from spindles.
