Blinking—Thermometers with a blinking temperature zone indicator will blink continuously to indicate that too high of a temperature has been reached.
Color Changing—The indicating color changes to red if the temperature gets too high for thermometers with a color changing temperature zone indicator, alerting you to make adjustments.
Timer—Thermometers with a timer measure how long the temperature stays outside the safe zone, which helps you know if products are still viable after a power outage. Their min/max memory records the highest and lowest temperatures. When the temperature is in the safe zone for food, they show a green indicating color.

Externally monitor the air temperature inside freezers, refrigerators, water baths, and incubators. These thermometers come with a calibration certificate traceable to NIST that states they’ve passed a test for accuracy. The probe is insulated in a bottle filled with mercury-free fluid to prevent false readings from rapid temperature changes such as opening freezer doors.
The display simultaneously shows the high, low, and current temperatures. These thermometers have a programmable alarm to indicate when temperature rises above or below your actuation point.
10 ft. Long Cable—Thermometers have a probe with a 10-ft. cable that connects to a magnetic-back external display.
