Circulate coolant through your torches to prevent damage and take fewer cooldown breaks. The finned tube radiator dissipates heat twice as quickly as the average cooler. Perfect for the longest, hottest jobs such as welding thick steel plates and aluminum fighter jet wings.
These last a lifetime when maintained. The brass pump and polyethylene tank are rust-proof and algae-resistant. Only use low-conductivity coolants, never automotive anti-freeze.

Protect your most temperature-sensitive equipment from overheating. These chillers keep liquids within 0.18° F of the temperature you set. Far more advanced than basic chillers—which are accurate within a few full degrees—they’re even precise enough for use in medical imaging machines. Fill these chillers with distilled water or glycol solutions, and an internal pump moves the liquid out to your equipment and back in a continuous loop. They’re often used with spot-welding systems, molds, lasers, and X-ray diffraction equipment. Use the built-in keypad to manually set the temperature, or connect an external controller of your own to automate temperature changes. View the set temperature, alerts, and other information on the LED display.
120V AC—120V AC chillers automatically replace their own filter, using a roller to swap in a fresh filter on a set schedule. Adjust the schedule to suit your application. A UV light system prevents algae and other bacteria growth, keeping the cooling liquid clean.
240V AC—240V AC chillers have a bypass valve knob to control the chiller’s flow rate and pressure, which can affect the temperature of your liquid and how efficiently these coolers run.

Image of Product. Front orientation. Liquid Chillers. Bench-Top Liquid Chillers.
Send cool water to equipment right from your bench top without compromising precision. These chillers maintain constant, uniform temperatures within 0.2° F where other chillers only keep liquid cool within a few full degrees. This makes them ideal for equipment where small temperature changes could cause an issue, such as microscope cooling plates.
Fill these chillers with water or glycol solutions, and an internal pump moves the liquid through a cooling system and out to your equipment. Use the built-in keypad to manually set the temperature, or connect an external controller of your own to automate temperature changes. View the set temperature, alerts, and other information from the LED display.
500 BTU/hr Cooling Capacity—Chillers rated for 500 Btu/hr. are also known as Peltier chillers. They cool liquid using electricity—no need for compressors or refrigerants. Because they don’t use a compressor, you’ll hardly hear them when they’re on. To check fluid levels at a glance, their tank inlet is semi-clear.

    Low-Temperature Liquid Chillers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Liquid Chillers. Low-Temperature Liquid Chillers.
Chill coolant down to 0° F—the lowest temperature liquid chillers we offer. They're often used when you want to maintain temperatures below freezing, such as in food processing and for sensitive electronic components. They take your fluid down to a constant uniform temperature and pump that liquid into your cooling system. Monitor the temperature and pressure of the coolant on the LCD display and change the settings using the keypad. They have a window to quickly check the fluid level. This window also acts as a spot to drain or fill the chiller.
Cannot Be Sold To—Liquid chillers cannot be sold to the listed areas due to chemical regulations.

    Drinking Water Chillers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Drinking Water Chillers.
Chill the water in any drinking fountain, bubbler, or bottle filler. These chillers are preset to cool room temperature water to approximately 50° F, a temperature that feels like ice water. Internal thermostats are easy to adjust for colder water. You can also install a drinking fountain nozzle directly to the unit.
The motors and air compressors are low maintenance because they are permanently lubricated. The rust-resistant steel meets national safety and quality standards for drinking water. Chillers need 6” in front of the unit and 3” behind the unit for proper ventilation. For an even better taste, pair with water filters .

    Rack-Mount Liquid Chillers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Liquid Chillers. Rack-Mount Liquid Chillers.
Save floor space—these chillers mount to standard 19" electronics racks, enclosures, and cabinets. Because they're so compact, you can even fit multiple chillers on the same rack. Where other chillers only keep liquid cool within a few full degrees, these chillers are highly precise, maintaining constant, uniform temperatures within 0.18° F. This makes them ideal for equipment where small temperature changes could cause an issue for your process. Also called Peltier chillers, they cool using only electricity, so there's no compressors or refrigerants. Without a compressor, you'll hardly hear them when they're running.
Fill these chillers with water or glycol solutions, and an internal pump moves the liquid through a cooling system and out to your equipment. There are multiple ways to control these chillers. Use the built-in keypad to manually set the temperature, or connect an external controller of your own to automate temperature changes. View the set temperature, pressure, and flow rate from the digital display. It will also display maintenance reminders and alarms.
A port on the front lets you quickly check fluid levels and fill the chiller with fluid without removing it from the rack or disconnecting it from your system.

    Wall-Mount Refrigerated Bottle Fillers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Bottle Fillers. Wall-Mount Refrigerated Bottle Fillers.
Fill water bottles touch-free. A motion sensor detects when a bottle has been placed in front of it and starts filling. The spout produces a smooth stream that prevents splashing. To see how many single-use plastic bottles you’ve saved, a counter displays how many containers have been filled. Water is chilled to 50° F.
To install, you’ll need to connect the drain to your plumbing system with a P-trap (not included). Install the spout no higher than 48" from the floor to ensure they're accessible. When installed properly, they help you comply with ADA standards.
Filter—Fillers with a filter get rid of any tastes or smells. They also reduce the amount of lead and chlorine in the water. Change the filter cartridge every 3,000 gallons, or when signaled by the filter status light.

    Thread Sealants for Refrigeration Systems

For use in refrigeration systems and applications exposed to strong chemicals, these sealants have excellent solvent resistance.
    Anaerobic
Image of Product. Front orientation. Thread Sealants. Thread Sealants for Refrigeration Systems.
Anaerobic sealants don’t begin to harden until coated surfaces are threaded together, blocking exposure to air. These sealants have medium locking strength, which prevents threads from loosening with vibration and shock. They require a hand tool to unthread.

    Nonhardening
Image of Product. Front orientation. Thread Sealants. Thread Sealants for Refrigeration Systems.
Non-hardening sealants never fully harden, remaining pliable enough to self-heal and stop leaks before they start, so they’re often used in high-vibration applications that could cause standard thread sealants to fail. Since they have low locking strength, these sealants can be adjusted without tools. These sealants are NSF registered H2 for use in food-processing areas, but they can’t come into contact with food.

    Dye Kit

With bright-colored dye and a fully equipped kit, you have everything you need to spot leaks in your HVAC system. These kits come with the correct amount of dye required for your system's size. Inject the dye into your system and scan it with the UV light—the dye is fluorescent, so it’s easy to spot most leaks right away. For small leaks, let the dye circulate for 24 hours and then inspect it again. Use the dye cleaner before you fix a leak. If the repair isn’t sufficient, you’ll be able to spot more dye.
Four 0.5 oz. UV Dye and Sealant Containers—Kits with UV dye and sealant are formulated to seal hard-to-find leaks from the inside of your system. The dye and sealant formula is non-polymer and oil soluble, making it safe to stay in your system indefinitely. Reinforce seals from the outside for a permanent fix.
ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 86 and ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 97—Kits that meet ANSI/ASHRAE adhere to standards for chemical stability.
SAE J2297—Kits that meet SAE J2297 include dye that was originally made to detect leaks in automotive AC systems.
