Metal-Backed Abrasion-Resistant Polyurethane Rubber Sheets
- Color:
40A Sheets: Yellow
60A Sheets: Black - Temperature Range: 0° to 200° F
- Tensile Strength:
40A Sheets: 500 psi
60A Sheets: 3,500 psi - For Use Outdoors: Yes
- Specifications Met: ASTM D2240
With a thin metal backing, these sheets are good for use in bumpers, wear pads, machinery mounts, and other applications where some structural support is needed. Its polyurethane material combines the shock absorbing qualities of rubber with the tear resistance of plastic. It can be easily bent to shape. Use a band saw or water jet to cut sheets as needed. You can also use laser cutting to shape sheets for better precision. The dimensions shown are for the polyurethane: the metal backing may be slightly larger.

Thermally Conductive High-Temperature Silicone Rubber Sheets
- Color: Yellow
- Temperature Range: -75° to 390° F
- Tensile Strength: 40 psi
- For Use Outdoors: Yes
Commonly used in electronics applications, these sheets transfer heat better than any other silicone we offer. They are conformable with a slightly tacky surface that lightly adheres to both smooth and rough surfaces. Sheets meet UL 94 V-0 for flame retardance. Silicone, also known as polysiloxane, offers good resistance to ozone and salt water.

Ultra-Conformable Polyurethane Foam Sheets and Strips
Commonly called memory foam and Confor, these sheets and strips have the best cushioning qualities of all the foam we offer. They take several seconds to recover from compression, but maintain their resiliency over time. These sheets and strips are widely used in packaging applications to absorb shock and damp vibration; they are also found in seat cushions. Foam has open-cell construction, which allows water, air, and gases to be absorbed.

Tool-Organizing Foam
Know at a glance when a tool is missing from a toolbox with this dual-color foam. Using your tools as a template, cut shapes out of the adhesive-backed piece of foam with a utility knife, then adhere it to the uncut piece. When someone removes a tool, the uncut sheet becomes visible to indicate the open space. Foam has closed-cell construction, which restricts water, air, and gases from being absorbed.
