Compact Threaded On/Off Valves
Install these valves in tight spots, such as where pipelines are crowded together. They’re less than half as long as standard threaded valves and one-third shorter in height.
Bronze valves are stronger and more durable than brass valves.Screwdriver-operated valves are our most compact option. Since they open and close with a slotted screwdriver (not included), they’re also the most resistant to accidental movement.

Miniature Threaded On/Off Valves

Often used for chemical analysis and other laboratory testing, these valves have a PTFE seal and body to withstand aggressive and corrosive solutions. All operate on electricity to automatically divert flow between ports. They do not require a pressure drop for operation. Any port can be used as an inlet or an outlet. Valves can direct flow from the inlet port to either outlet port. They cannot shut off flow. The actuator is mounted directly to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.

Install Styles A, B, and D with a slotted screwdriver. Install Style C with a hex wrench. UNF threads are similar to threads on a machine screw or bolt. They require a sealant, such as an O-ring, to minimize leakage.

Button-Head Grease Fittings
Often used on earth movers, mining equipment, and other heavy machinery, these fittings have a T-shaped top that holds the dispensing tip in place so it won’t pop off when adding grease. They're best for machinery requiring high volumes of grease because they let more grease pass through than standard grease fittings, thanks to a larger opening. An integral check valve prevents grease from leaking when pressure causes backward flow. The valve stays closed when not in use to keep out dirt and other contaminants.
Zinc-plated steel fittings have mild corrosion resistance. UNF threads are similar to threads on a machine screw or bolt. They require a sealant, such as an O-ring, to minimize leakage.
Grease Fittings
Thread these fittings into motors, bearings, engine blocks, and other machinery to create a lubrication point. They’re also known as hydraulic grease fittings.
Zinc-plated steel fittings have mild corrosion resistance. Brass fittings resist corrosion better than zinc-plated steel fittings. 303 stainless steel fittings are more corrosion resistant than brass fittings and have good chemical resistance. 400 nickel fittings are the most corrosion resistant and can be used in caustic environments, such as those involving salt water, sulfuric acid, and alkalies.
Fittings with a check valve prevent grease from leaking when pressure causes backward flow. The valve stays closed when not in use to keep out dirt and other contaminants.
SAE-LT threads are tapered but designed to be installed into a 1/4"-28 straight-thread UNF hole. UNF threads are similar to threads on a machine screw or bolt. They require a sealant, such as an O-ring, to minimize leakage.

Self-Tapping Grease Fittings for Unthreaded Holes
To fit securely in unthreaded holes, these fittings cut threads as they’re installed. Use a hex wrench to install. Fittings can be driven in, but then are not pressure rated. They're zinc-plated steel for mild corrosion resistance. All have an integral check valve that prevents grease from leaking when pressure causes backward flow. The valve stays closed when not in use to keep out dirt and other contaminants. These fittings are also known as hydraulic grease fittings.
SAE-LT threads are tapered.

Oil Fittings
Zinc-plated brass fittings have good corrosion resistance. Nickel-plated brass fittings are more corrosion resistant than zinc-plated brass fittings.
Fitting with a check valve prevents oil from leaking when pressure causes backward flow. The valve stays closed when not in use to keep out dirt and other contaminants. UNF and UNEF threads are similar to threads on a machine screw or bolt. They require a sealant, such as an O-ring, to minimize leakage.
Note: Fittings do not hold oil; any oil dispensed into the fittings passes into the part to be lubricated.
