Extended-Life Plastic Circulation Pumps for Chemicals

These pumps have the best chemical resistance of all our circulation pumps. Instead of a shaft seal, they use magnets to turn the impeller, reducing wear and leakage. The motor is totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) for use in dusty, dirty, and damp environments. Pumps are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source. Do not run dry or use with solids.
Note: If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.

Stainless Steel Circulation Pumps for Chemicals

A 316 stainless steel housing sealed with fluoroelastomer resists mild chemicals and acids, such as coolant, oil, and phosphoric acid. These pumps have a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) motor for use in dusty, dirty, and damp environments. They are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source. Do not run dry or use with solids.
Note: If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.

Self-Priming Circulation Pumps without Motor for Oil

Use these pumps to move lubricating oil such as hydraulic and motor oil. Also known as flexible impeller pumps, they create a suction force that can draw liquid upward to fill the pump chamber when your liquid source is below the pump. The impeller resists clogging and wear. Select a spark-free air motor for hazardous environments or attach an electric motor with a speed reducer or a belt pulley to alter the pump speed.
Repair kits (sold separately) include components such as impellers, O-rings, and seal lips.
Note: Pumps must be filled with liquid before use. They need a constant flow of liquid and cannot run dry.

Harsh-Environment Self-Priming Water-Removal Pumps

This pump has a totally enclosed nonventilated (TENV) motor that is cooled by the liquid being pumped. Also known as a flexible impeller pump, it creates a suction force that can draw liquid upward to fill the pump chamber when your liquid source is below the pump. Mount up to 6 feet above your liquid source. Pump can pass solids up to 1/4" in diameter without clogging, so there’s no need to filter sediment and debris. A handle makes it convenient for on-the-go removal of bilge water, waste oil, and spills. Pump can also be used to cool marine engines and drain liquid from holding tanks.
Note: Pump must be filled with liquid before use. It needs a constant flow of liquid and cannot run dry.

Compact Water-Removal Pumps
Also known as bilge pumps, these remove fresh and salt water from spots where other pumps don’t fit. They have an internal sensor, so they turn on when they detect water and turn off when the water is removed. Pumps are fully submersible. They are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source to fully fill the pump before turning on.
Pumps for 12 volts DC work with 12-volt batteries.
Pumps for 120 volts AC are for use in debris-free water.

Corrosion-Resistant Gasoline-Powered Water-Removal Pumps
Built with high-chromium stainless steel components, this pump stands up to salt water with up to 25% sand by volume and resists wear caused by abrasive particles. Fill the fuel tank with gasoline to remove water at sites without power. Pump is self-priming, which means it creates a suction force to draw liquid upward and fill the pump chamber. Mount up to 20 feet above your liquid source. Pump has a pull-start engine. It is not submersible. This pump cannot be sold to Canada due to import regulations.
Wheel kits (sold separately) include two 10" diameter wheels, hardware, and fasteners.
Note: Pump must be filled with liquid before use. It needs a constant flow of liquid and cannot run dry.
