As the outer layer wears away, new abrasive is exposed. Also known as cartridge rolls. A shank adapter is required (sold separately).
Straight rolls are for use in channels, fillets, recesses, contours, sidewalls, and other hard-to-reach spots.
Tapered rolls are for use on angles, corners, concave contours, funnel-shaped recesses, and other intricate shapes. The diameter listed is for the large end of the roll.
