Caulk

Caulk is non-sagging, so it won't drip from vertical and overhead surfaces.
Elongation and joint compression/expansion tolerance indicate flexibility—the higher the values are, the more joint movement a sealant can sustain. Caulk is best suited to joints between similar materials that aren't exposed to wide temperature fluctuation.

Peel-Away Coatings for Metal

These coatings are often used on castings, dies, and mirrors to prevent rust, abrasion, and moisture penetration. Water-based coatings are low odor, so they’re a good option for use in enclosed areas. Apply with a brush, roller, or sprayer.

Flame-Retardant Coatings for Wood

Use these coatings on structural lumber, decking, and wood shingles. Apply with a brush, pad, roller, or sprayer. Reapply every five years on exterior wood; coatings protect interior wood indefinitely. Once fully cured, they can be painted over with water-based paint.
Easy-Cleanup Paint for Ceilings

Eliminate paint splatter clean-up—drops dry to a powder as they fall from ceilings 10 feet and higher. Apply with a brush, roller, or sprayer.
