High-Strength Expandable Sleeving
With excellent torsional strength, this sleeving withstands the extreme twisting found in robotics. Made of carbon fiber, it has impact strength similar to steel yet is lighter than plastic and rubber. Resistant to corrosion and chemicals, it’s often used to protect brake lines and hydraulic lines. It’s expandable, so it stretches to fit over items for easy installation, then tightens around its contents for a secure fit. The braided construction permits heat and moisture to dissipate. Cut with scissors or a hot-blade knife.
High-Strength Sleeving
This sleeving has excellent tear resistance and better abrasion resistance than standard polyester sleeving. Made of Nomex fabric, it resists most acids and alkalies, alcohol, hydraulic fluid, oil, gasoline, salt water, and solvents. It won’t irritate skin like fiberglass, so it’s easier to handle. Because this sleeving is non-expandable, it does not stretch, so it’s best for applications where you know the exact diameter of the items you need to protect.

Corrugated Sleeving
Slide this sleeving over wire, cable, or hose before adding connectors or making electrical connections. The corrugated construction gives it impact and abrasion resistance similar to conduit, but with more flexibility. It’s ultra-flexible so it’s good for applications that require tight turns.
Steel sleeving is more impact resistant than stainless steel, so it’s better for use in high traffic areas.

High-Strength Slit Corrugated Sleeving
Made of nylon, this sleeving is the most impact- and abrasion-resistant slit corrugated sleeving we offer. It resists acids and solvents. Wrap it around wire, cable, and hose without disconnecting them. It has a slit along the entire length that will not gap when flexing.

High-Strength Heat-Shrink Tubing
With excellent resistance to tears and cuts, this tubing withstands demanding use. It also resists chemicals.
PVDF tubing has an additive that makes it flame retardant, so it resists combustion and minimizes the spread of flames. FEP tubing is more chemical resistant than PVDF tubing, and withstands higher temperatures.
SAE AMS-DTL-23053/8 and SAE AMS-DTL-23053/11 tubing meets requirements for material quality.
Flame rated VW-1 tubing meets requirements for preventing the spread of flames based on a timed test with vertically suspended material.
Dielectric strength is the maximum voltage a material can handle before it starts to breakdown. The higher the dielectric strength of a material, the better it is for preventing electricity, heat, or signal from dissipating from wire and cable.

Composite Fiber Aramid Honeycomb Panels
- Face Color: Black
- Temperature Range: -100° to 250° F
- Yield Strength: Not Rated
- For Use Outdoors: No
With an aramid honeycomb core sandwiched between carbon fiber or fiberglass for rigidity, these panels are strong, but lightweight, and won’t conduct heat. Often used as wall panels in structural and insulating applications, they’re a lightweight alternative to solid composite and aluminum honeycomb panels.
Carbon-fiber-faced panels are stronger and more rigid than fiberglass-faced panels, so they resist deforming from bending, twisting, or buckling. They will, however, splinter from high-impact blows. These panels are lighter than fiberglass-faced panels. However, they conduct electricity, so don’t use them around electrical components.
