Maintain the washdown rating of your enclosure, even after drilling holes in it. These washers protect against high-volume jets of water, as well as dirt, ice, oil, and coolant. The flexible rubber layer compresses to fill gaps, while the metal backing stops the washer from squeezing through the hole. Reuse these washers a handful of times, as long as the material isn't damaged.
High-Temperature 18-8 Stainless Steel and Silicone—These washers resist freezing and scorching temperatures without deforming or losing strength.

Sealing Washers

Seal out contaminants around wire, cable, cords, pipe, and tubing in food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical plants. These grommets are made of nonporous silicone rubber and smooth, corrosion-resistant stainless steel to prevent bacteria and other contaminants from building up. They're also FDA compliant for direct contact with food. Locate the cutting lines on the exterior or underside of the grommet, then trim to the hole diameter you need.

Sanitary Split Sealing Grommets

These grommets prevent contamination around wire, cable, cords, pipe, and tubing you’ve already installed. Often used in food-and-beverage and pharmaceutical plants, they're made of nonporous silicone and smooth, corrosion-resistant stainless steel to prevent bacteria from building up. To install, trim along the ridge to create the hole diameter you need. Then wrap the grommet around your line, clamp the staples to seal the grommet, and screw the flange onto the surface.

Tight-Hold Tapered Plugs

Tighten the wing nut to expand the sides of these plugs until they seal. They’ll stay securely in place until you loosen the nut. Plugs fit a range of diameters to seal containers or keep coatings out of holes.
