    Titanium Unthreaded Spacers

    Get the strength you need without the extra weight. These spacers are lightweight like aluminum and resist corrosion better than stainless steel. They’re also nonmagnetic, have a high strength-to-weight ratio, and are about 40% lighter than steel spacers.
    Ultra-Corrosion-Resistant Grade 2 Titanium—Because Grade 2 titanium is 99% pure, it's even more corrosion resistant than other common titanium grades, such as Grades 5 and 9. These spacers are good for use in chemical-processing facilities since they stand up to strong acids and other harsh chemicals.

    Twist-Resistant Rivet Nuts

    Ideal for parts that require frequent maintenance or disassembly, these rivet nuts won't spin out when you tighten or loosen a screw. Their ribbed body digs into material to prevent twisting.
    Install these nuts in a drilled or punched round hole using a rivet nut tool. Thread the rivet nut onto the mandrel, then grip the tool body with a wrench as you twist the tightening nut with a ratchet. Choose an air- or battery-powered tool for fast installation or to easily switch between many different nut sizes. Length is measured from under the flange.
    Ultra-Corrosion-Resistant Lightweight Grade 2 Titanium—Originally designed for Formula 1 race cars, these rivet nuts are 40% lighter than steel nuts yet strong enough for the highest stress applications. They resist everything from salt water to harsh acids.

    Helical Threaded Inserts

    Pronged

    Restore, reinforce, or create threads in metal. The tough coils on these inserts expand once installed to anchor in a tapped hole. Also known as Heli-Coil inserts, they're often used in engine heads and machinery housings where strong connections are critical. Unlike threadlocking inserts, you can remove and reuse them without them losing their strength.
    Installation requires a drill bit, a helical insert tap, and an installation tool.
    Pronged—The prong attaches to an installation tool for precise control as you drive inserts in. Remove the prong with a punch or break-off tool before inserting a screw.
    Ultra-Corrosion-Resistant Lightweight Titanium—The best of both worlds, these inserts are lightweight yet strong enough for the highest stress applications. They resist acids and salt water better than nickel or stainless steel inserts.
