Spade-Terminal Relays
Using a low-current signal, these relays are often used to control small motors and heaters. These relays attach to quick-disconnect terminals.
Surface mount relays, also known as power relays, have a slot on the flange for mounting them to flat surfaces.
Relay-socket mount relays, also known as ice cube relays, offer three ways to connect. Plug them into a socket (sold separately), connect them with quick-disconnect terminals, or solder wires directly to the terminals.
Relay-socket/surface mount relays can plug into a socket or mount to a flat surface.
Relay sockets mount directly on 35 mm DIN rail (also known as DIN 3 rail) for fast installation. They can also mount to a flat surface.

Compact Spade-Terminal Relays

Fit these relays where standard spade-terminal relays are too big. You can connect them three ways. Plug them into a socket (sold separately), connect them with quick-disconnect terminals, or solder wires directly to the terminals. An LED indicator shows you the status of the relay, so you know it’s connected and wired correctly.
Relays that control 2 or more circuits have a lockable test button, so you can test their function. When you press the button, the relay switches contacts. Use this button when checking a relay for proper function before installing it, or when investigating issues with wired relays.
Relay sockets mount directly on 35 mm DIN rail (also known as DIN 3 rail) for fast installation. You can also mount them to a flat surface using screws.

Thin Spade-Terminal Relays

with Screw
Terminals

Spring-Clamp
Terminals
Save space in your control cabinet. These narrow relays are often used for low-current switching applications, such as on small motors and pilot lights. They plug into a socket (sold separately) for quick installation.
Relay sockets mount directly on 35 mm DIN rail (also known as DIN 3 rail). Those with screw terminals connect and disconnect wire when you turn the screws. They can also mount to a flat surface. Those with spring-clamp terminals connect and disconnect to wires without needing to turn screws. Insert a screwdriver into the slot to release the spring clamp holding the wire in place.

Often used for high-speed switching at low-current levels, these solid state relays have no moving parts, so they switch faster, last longer, and are quieter than mechanical switches.
Relay sockets mount directly on 35 mm DIN rail (also known as DIN 3 rail) for fast installation.
Relay sockets with screw terminals can also mount to a flat surface.

Weatherproof High-Starting-Current Vehicle Relays

Crimp-On
Terminals
An extended housing shields the terminals on these relays from weather. They're also rated IP54—when they're plugged into the relay socket, they're sealed to keep splashing water, like rain, from getting inside. They handle high starting (inrush) currents that often occur when turning on a vehicle. To prevent damage to sensitive equipment, these relays will partially suppress a momentary surge in voltage when the relay switches off. They’ll take a voltage spike of 300V to 500V and bring it down to 100V.

Solid State High-Starting-Current Vehicle Relays

Crimp-On
Terminals

With no moving parts, these solid state relays require less maintenance and last longer, switch faster, and are quieter than mechanical relays. They can handle high starting (inrush) currents. The blade terminals meet ISO 8092-1 dimensions, ensuring they are compatible with the electrical connections in road vehicles you need to maintain or repair. Also known as ISO relays or automotive relays.

Latching Relays

A single, momentary input voltage switches these relays and latches them in position, so they don't require a constant input voltage to stay switched. A second momentary voltage will release the latch.
Relay sockets (sold separately) mount to 35 mm DIN rail (also known as DIN 3 rail) for fast installation.

Hazardous Location Relays

Sealed for safety, these relays are a good choice for hazardous locations where combustible or corrosive gases may be present.
Relays with circular-pin terminals or quick-disconnect terminals are hermetically sealed—completely air- and watertight—to shield internal parts from gases, moisture, and other contaminants. They plug into relay sockets (sold separately) for easy installation.
Relay sockets mount to 35 mm DIN rail (also known as DIN 3 rail) or flat surfaces.

Solid State DIN-Rail Mount Multifunction Timer Relays

For fast installation, mount these relays to 35 mm DIN rail (also known as DIN 3 rail). They also mount to flat surfaces. With no moving parts, these solid state relays last longer and require less maintenance, are quieter, and switch faster than mechanical relays. They provide a variety of timing functions in one relay.
Use relays with DIP switches for more precise control than knobs. They make it easier to set multiple relays to the same timing range.
Relays that control 4 circuits require a relay socket (sold separately) to attach to DIN rail.
