Spark-Resistant Air-Powered Chain Hoists

These hoists have an aluminum body, stainless steel chain, and bronze hooks for spark resistance. They have a cool-running motor for continuous operation. The brake stops the load and holds it in place when you're not lifting.

Hoists with overload protection will not operate when the load exceeds capacity.

A filter-regulator-lubricator (not included) is required to lubricate the gears and clean and regulate the incoming air.

Spark-Resistant Hand Chain Hoists

These hoists have a zinc-flake coated steel body, stainless steel chain, and copper-coated steel hooks for spark resistance. Pull the hand chain to lift and position your load, and the brake will securely hold it in place.

Hazardous Location Electric Chain Hoists

These hoists are rated for environments where hazardous material is present. Use the handheld control to effortlessly lift your load. The electromagnetic brake provides quick, secure braking and works when there is no power. Overload protection prevents the hoist from operating if the load exceeds capacity. Thermal motor protection prevents overheating. The power cord does not include a plug (view our offering of plugs).

Electrical components are protectected by a stainless steel NEMA 4x enclosure. Relays are intrinsically safe. Handheld controller is rated NEMA 4 and NEMA 12.
