Roller Latches
Doors stay closed with the pressure of rollers against the strike plate.
Styles 1 and 2 latches have elongated mounting holes that allow for adjustment.
Styles 3-5 latches have a projection adjustment screw to adjust the roller projection from 0" to 3/8" to compensate for misalignment.

Snap-Arm Roller Latches
There's no need for a mating strike plate for this latch—its spring-loaded arm snaps to engage when closing the door. Open the door to release the latch.

Heavy Duty Roller Latches
These latches are spring-loaded to overcome resistance caused by gaskets and air pressure to close doors tightly. Mount them vertically at the top of walk-in freezer doors. The arm rolls into the strike plate as the door closes for a secure hold. A firm tug releases the roller and opens the door. Door offset is the space between the door face and the frame when the door is closed.

Soft-Close Heavy Duty Roller Latches
To prevent doors from slamming, these latches are hydraulic. Mount them vertically at the top of walk-in freezer doors. The arm rolls into the strike plate as the door closes for a secure hold. Vibration-Resistant Grab Latches
Their spring-loaded design withstands vibration, rattling, and shaking better than other push-to-close grab latches for a more secure hold. These latches automatically hold doors shut when you push them closed. They meet UL 94 HB for flammability.
The mortise-mount latches fit into a cutout (mortise) to mount flush with doors. They press in without tools, making them fast and easy to install. However, they only fit a cutout shape that matches the latch.

Vibration-Resistant Grab Latches with Electrical Switch
An electrical switch allows these latches to power a light or other signal to indicate whether a door is open or closed. Their spring-loaded design withstands vibration, rattling, and shaking better than other push-to-close grab latches for a more secure hold. Latches meet UL 94 V-0 for flammability.
