Multipurpose Degreasers

Folded Clean Room Wipe Dispensers

Dispense folded clean room wipes one at a time to reduce cross contamination and waste. These dispensers are cleaned and double bagged in a clean room to ensure that they’re sterile. Place them on any flat surface with the weighted base, or mount them on the wall to save counter space. They’re front loading, so you don’t need to feed wipes down the chute, which can lead to tangling. Dispensing angle is adjustable and locks in place—tilt it so that wipes are accessible. Wipe Dispensers

These dispensers have a dispensing grommet that makes it easy to tear off a wipe without touching the dispenser itself. Steel dispensers resist the wear and tear of high-traffic areas better than stainless steel dispensers because they’re stronger and more rugged. To prevent rusting from water and cleaning chemicals, their lid is stainless steel, and their body has a powder-coated finish for light corrosion resistance. However, powder-coated steel is not as corrosion resistant as stainless steel since the coating wears away over time. These dispensers have a storage compartment below the dispensing area for keeping extra wipes. Their rubber feet prevent scratches to floors and slightly elevate dispensers, which lets air circulate and prevents mildew from growing. Sanitary Air Knives for Blowers

Dry and cool parts, wipe conveyor belts, control coating depth, and blow liquid, chips, and dust off of equipment in sanitary environments. Use these air knives with blowers and quick-clamp fittings to create a sheet of high-velocity air in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical plants. Made of 304 stainless steel, they won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners. A highly polished surface with continuous weld seams keeps out water and other contaminants to prevent bacterial growth. Since they connect with quick-clamp fittings—also known as tri-clamp fittings—they’re easily disassembled for frequent cleaning. Blower-powered air knives produce air at a lower pressure than air knives that use compressed air. Control air pressure and volume by adjusting the depth of the airflow slot. These air knives have a through hole for mounting.

Air Knives

Create a sheet of high-velocity air. Air knives dry and cool parts, wipe conveyor belts, control coating depth, and blow liquids, chips, and dust from equipment. They conform to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.242 requirements for maximum air outlet pressure and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95 requirements for noise.

Air knives can be mounted with a positioning arm or mounting bracket (sold separately).

Accessories for Air Knives

High-Efficiency Air Knives

Producing the same airflow as standard air knives, these are quieter and use 18% less compressed air. Air knives create a sheet of high-velocity air for drying and cooling parts, wiping conveyor belts, controlling coating depth, and blowing liquids, chips, and dust from equipment. They conform to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.242 requirements for maximum air outlet pressure and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95 requirements for noise.

Air knives can be mounted with a positioning arm or mounting bracket (sold separately).

3" Overall Width and 6" Overall Width—Knives up to 6” wide can be supported with rigid pipe connected to your air supply.

Volume (Sound)—Volume (sound) is measured 3 ft. from the air knife.

Air Knife Shim Sets—Air knife shim sets (sold separately) install in the airflow slot to adjust the flow and force of air.
