Often used in outdoor, damp, and washdown environments, these 316 stainless steel fittings will not corrode from water, salt, or chemicals. The male threaded ends mate with NPT, NPTF, BSPT, BSPP, and other universal threads, so you won’t have to worry about matching exact threads when you’re on the job. They also have a reusable gasket to guard against leaks. The tube ends connect to tubing with a push, and an internal gripping ring and O-ring hold the tubing tight. To disconnect them, push the release ring and pull the tubing out of the fitting. These fittings are often called instant fittings. All meet ISO 14743, an international standard for push-to-connect fittings for plastic tubing.

Create corrosion-resistant connections in food and beverage lines with just a push. Also known as instant fittings, these fittings have an internal gripping ring and an O-ring that hold tight to tubing. To disconnect the fittings, push the release ring and pull the tubing out of the fitting. A smooth exterior with rounded edges prevents buildup of grime and contaminants for effective cleaning. With a 316 stainless steel body, they maintain their strength even when exposed to frequent washdowns and the harshest chemicals, including bleach, chlorine, and phosphoric acid. They’re also more durable than plastic fittings. FDA compliant, these fittings are approved for direct contact with food. Use them with low pressure and with firm or hard tubing only.

Fittings are 316 stainless steel, which has excellent chemical resistance and is more durable than plastic. Also known as instant fittings, they connect to tubing with a push, and an internal gripping ring and O-ring hold the tubing tight. Instead of a release ring, these fittings have a release sleeve that slides back to disconnect tubing.
Metric and UN/UNF (SAE Straight) male threads have a gasket to protect against leaks. UN/UNF (SAE Straight) threads are also known as O-ring boss threads.
