Lubricate sheet stock before stamping and forming to extend die life and ensure high quality. Dispenser has two carpet rollers. The top roller is fed by a perforated tube that drips lubricant onto the roller. The bottom roller picks up lubricant from a pan below. The perforated tube is fed by a tank at the top of the dispenser. An overflow valve in the bottom pan stops flow to prevent overfilling and spilling lubricant.
Vinyl rollers can be used to apply a very thin coating, such as vanishing oil.
Wipers control the amount of lubricant on sheet stock.
