Low-Pressure Iron and Steel Threaded Pipe Fittings
Use these fittings for low-pressure applications in noncorrosive environments.
Adapters for tanks create an inlet or outlet connection on the surface of any tank, pressure vessel, or drum. Adapters with weld end allow for a permanent connection. Adapters with extension fit tightly into the hole, which keeps the fitting steady during welding.
NPTF (Dryseal) threads, NPSC (National Pipe Straight Coupling) threads, and NPSL (National Pipe Straight Locknut) threads are compatible with NPT threads.

Also known as JIC (Joint Industrial Council) fittings, these provide a tight metal-to-metal seal on tubing that is flared to 37°. They require a nut and a sleeve (ferrule) for each tube end. Nuts and sleeves are sold separately. Fittings are zinc-plated steel for fair corrosion resistance.

Also known as spiral-wound gaskets, these have a 1/8” thick carbon steel outer ring and a 304 stainless steel sealing element with a graphite-based filler. The metal construction provides structural strength. These gaskets can be used with both flat-surface and raised-surfaces pipe flanges; they fit the surface inside the bolt holes and do not interfere with the bolt connection.
Gaskets for ANSI class flanges are sized so all gasket specifications meet ANSI standards. Gaskets for ANSI Class 150 flanges are compatible with low-pressure pipe flanges. Gaskets for ANSI Class 300 flanges are compatible with medium-pressure pipe flanges. Gaskets for ANSI Class 600 flanges are compatible with high-pressure pipe flanges. Gaskets for ANSI Class 1500 flanges are compatible with extreme-pressure pipe flanges.
Gaskets for DIN flange sizes are sized to fit pressure class PN16 flanges.
Gaskets with an inner ring prevent flange erosion.

These gaskets have a 1/8" thick carbon steel outer ring and a 304 stainless steel inside sealing element with a PTFE filler. The PTFE is chemically inert (except to molten alkali metal and fluorine compounds). The metal construction provides structural strength. These gaskets, also known as spiral-wound gaskets, can be used with both flat-surface and raised-surfaces pipe flanges; they fit the surface inside the bolt holes and do not interfere with the bolt connection.
All gasket specifications are sized to meet ANSI standards. Gaskets for ANSI Class 150 flanges are compatible with low-pressure pipe flanges. Gaskets for ANSI Class 300 flanges are compatible with medium-pressure pipe flanges. Gaskets for ANSI Class 600 flanges are compatible with high-pressure pipe flanges.

A space between the outer ring and the sealing element prevents the element from being squeezed inward and contaminating the process line. Also known as spiral-wound gaskets, these have a 1/8” thick carbon steel outer ring and a 304 stainless steel sealing element with a graphite-based filler. The metal construction of these gaskets provides structural strength. They compensate for flange movement caused by vibration and pressure. These gaskets can be used on both flat-surface and raised-surface pipe flanges; they fit inside the bolt holes and do not interfere with the bolt connections. All gasket specifications are sized to meet ANSI standards. Gaskets for ANSI Class 150 flanges are compatible with low-pressure pipe flanges.
