Made of chemical-resistant plastic, these strainers can withstand exposure to salt solutions and solvents that can corrode metals. Use them prior to valves, pumps, and nozzles in your pipeline. Strainers are clear so you can monitor debris collecting in the screen without disconnecting your pipeline.
Strainers with polyethylene screen trap finer particles than strainers with a polypropylene screen; they’re good for use in vacuum applications.

To replace your screen, measure the OD and length and find the corresponding screen listed in the table.
Draw metal shavings and other contaminants out of your sanitary liquid line with these strainers. As liquid swirls through the strainer cavity, magnets sealed inside capture any metal bits. Remaining impurities are separated out with gravity and trapped in a collection sump. Empty the strainers by removing the lid and scooping up the collected particles at the bottom of the enclosure.
Made from 316 stainless steel, these strainers will not corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners. The continuous weld seams and polished surfaces are free of pits and crevices where bacteria could grow, making them easy to sanitize. These strainers are also rated for high temperatures, so you can keep them on your line during a heated clean-in-place (CIP) process. They are FDA compliant, meaning they are safe for food contact.
For frequent deep cleans and line changes, choose a strainer with quick clamp connections. Also known as tri-clamp fittings, they connect with a gasket, a clamp, and another quick-clamp fitting for quick removal and assembly. The included gaskets are FDA compliant.
To connect strainers with flanged connections to your line, bolt two same-size flanges together with a gasket (sold separately) in between.
Filters that are USDA certified meet the highest standards of sanitary design.
