Wraparound Full-Length Entry Door Hinges

One leaf mounts around the edge of the door for a secure hold, while the other mounts to the frame. Longer than other entry door hinges, this piano-style hinge runs the entire length of doors for strength and durability. Bearings allow the hinge to open and close doors smoothly. A nonremovable pin deters tampering. Capacity is based on a maximum door size of 4' Wd. × 7' Ht. Cut hinge to size with a hacksaw. The hinge is UL Listed for use with labeled fire doors.

Reinforcing Entry Door Hinges

To reinforce loose or damaged hinges, mount one of these hinges to the top edge of the pull-side of the door. They are for doors that swing in one direction and are flush with the frame or have up to a 1/8" offset. All hinges have a nonremovable pin to deter tampering. To choose a door mounting location, stand on the push side of the door—use a right-side hinge if the hinge is on the right or a left-side hinge if it’s on the left.

Strut Channel Pivots

Position two strut channels at a 30° to 90° angle, then tighten the bolt to secure.
Zinc-plated steel pivots are more corrosion resistant in wet environments than powder-coated steel.
Galvanized steel pivots have better corrosion resistance in wet environments than zinc-plated steel and can be used outdoors.
304 stainless steel pivots are more corrosion resistant than galvanized steel. They also have good chemical resistance.
