DIN-Rail Mount Interface Relays
Prevent damage from voltage spikes, reduce signal interference, and amplify signal with these relays, which interface between your controller and components to isolate input and output circuits. They mount on 35 mm DIN rail (also known as DIN 3 rail) for fast installation.
Relays with spring-clamp terminals connect and disconnect to wires without needing to turn screws. Insert a slotted screwdriver into the wire-release slot to free the spring clamp holding the wire in place.

Enclosure Thermostats
Control a single heating or cooling device in your enclosure to keep electronics at a safe operating temperature. Clip them on to a DIN rail and connect them to your heater, fan, or air conditioner.
All these thermostats meet American, Canadian, or European safety standards. They have an IP20 rating—to prevent shocks, fingers won’t fit inside. They also meet UL 94 V-0, so they self-extinguish within 10 seconds if they catch fire and won’t spread the fire by dripping.
Adjustable thermostats let you set the temperature you need.
These thermostats keep the air in your enclosure within a set range. Temperature setting is the high end of the range for both heating and cooling thermostats. Heating thermostats are normally closed—when the air in your enclosure reaches the temperature setting, the thermostat will turn the heater off. Cooling thermostats are normally open, so they’ll switch your fan or air conditioner on when the air in your enclosure reaches the temperature setting.
Temperature difference is the difference between the temperature when the thermostat turns your device on and when it turns off. For a heater thermostat with a temperature setting of 50° and an 18° temperature difference, the thermostat will switch your heater on when the temperature goes below 32° and off once the temperature reaches 50°. Thermostats with a lower temperature difference maintain a narrower range of temperatures, but they use more power because they switch on and off more frequently.

DIN-Rail Mount Electronic Circuit Breakers
An electronic trip mechanism makes these circuit breakers fast, precise, and consistent. They continuously monitor current and trip at a precise value compared to the much wider current range in traditional thermal-magnetic breakers. They're good for protecting devices that could be easily damaged by overcurrent such as sensors, HMIs, and controllers. Because they trip electronically, they don't require the bulky housing necessary for thermal trip mechanisms, so they take up less space in your control cabinet. They also eliminate the need for accessories, such as shunt trips, because they can be remotely monitored and controlled. For at the source troubleshooting, they have an indicator light and on/off/reset button for each circuit. To make sure your equipment is receiving the correct voltage, these breakers will also trip when the supply voltage goes under or over a set value.
Fixed-current breakers come set to trip at a specific current. This prevents accidental or unauthorized changes to when they’ll trip. Adjustable-current breakers let you choose the current at which they’ll trip. As your operation changes, you can adjust when these breakers will trip rather than replacing the entire breaker. Breakers that control 4 or 8 circuits allow you to individually set each circuit. If one trips, the others will keep working.
Breakers with digital input/outputs send and receive signals, so you can remotely check the status of your breaker, reset it, and turn it on and off. Breakers with IO Link give you more control than breakers with digital input/outputs. Not only can you check the status to reset or turn your breaker on and off, but you can also adjust their current and view current in real-time. This is helpful when troubleshooting issues such as a breaker that repeatedly trips.
