37° Flared Fittings for Stainless Steel Tubing
- Tubing: Use with welded or seamless 304 or 316 stainless steel that meets ASTM A213, ASTM A249, or ASTM A269
- Specifications Met: ISO 8434, SAE J514, except fittings with BSPP and BSPT threads meet SAE J514 only
Also known as JIC (Joint Industrial Council) fittings, these provide a tight metal-to-metal seal on tubing that is flared to 37°. They are 316 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance. Fittings require a nut and a sleeve (ferrule) for each tube end. Nuts and sleeves are sold separately.

- For Use With: Air, Hydraulic Fluid, Isopropyl Alcohol, Natural Gas, Phosphoric Acid, Water
- Temperature Range: -420° to 1,200° F
Fittings that swivel until tightened have a built-in nut that rotates 360° for easy installation.
Fittings with female tube end have an internal flare that mates with the male tube end of another fitting.

Yellow Zinc-Plated Steel Swivel Leveling Mounts with Threaded Hole
Yellow zinc-plated steel is more corrosion resistant than nickel-plated steel. Mounts have a ball-and-socket design that swivels to compensate for uneven floors. Add your own threaded stud or bolt to build a mount that fits your needs. In addition to leveling, mounts raise equipment off the floor for easier cleaning and inspection.
Mounts with a cushion are nonskid for an extra measure of stability.

Nickel-Plated Steel Swivel Leveling Mounts with Threaded Hole
Nickel-plated steel has some corrosion resistance. Mounts have a ball-and-socket design that swivels to compensate for uneven floors. Add your own threaded stud or bolt to build a mount that fits your needs. In addition to leveling, mounts raise equipment off the floor for easier cleaning and inspection.

Low-Clearance Swivel Vibration-Damping Leveling Mounts with Threaded Stud
A two-piece design requires less clearance than one-piece mounts and simplifies installation—raise your machine just enough to slide the base underneath, then insert the stud from above. Use these mounts to minimize vibration and noise to prolong machine life and protect floors. The stud rests in an unthreaded depression in the center of the base and swivels to compensate for uneven floors. In addition to leveling, mounts raise equipment off the floor for easier cleaning and inspection. They have a cast iron base that's good for use indoors in dry conditions.

Rotating Flange Nuts
The nut head rotates while the flange remains stationary to prevent scratching the material surface as you tighten the nut. A black-oxide finish provides mild corrosion resistance in dry environments. Height includes the flange.

Closed-Body Mounting-Plate-to-Wire Rope Turnbuckles—Not for Lifting
Create a wire rope railing, perimeter, or barrier. These turnbuckles have a closed body that protects them from damage and debris and keeps them slim enough to fit in tight spaces. All are 316 stainless steel, so they have excellent resistance to chemicals and salt water.
Turnbuckles with a sleeve grip fitting have a mounting plate with swivel ends. To install, mount the turnbuckle to a wall or post. Then unscrew the fitting, slide over the wire rope, and tighten the pieces together with a wrench.
Warning: Turnbuckles must match rope diameter and be installed correctly to obtain maximum holding power. Test all assemblies for required strength before use. Do not use with coated rope unless the coating is removed.
Note: Capacities listed are for in-line pulling only.
