T-Slotted Framing Conveyors
Add rollers to T-slotted framing to create flow rails, ball transfer tables, and other manual conveyors.
Screw-on and snap-in rollers mount to the surface of T-slot rails to create manual and gravity conveyors. Snap-in rollers do not require fasteners. Rollers with guide rails keep parts from falling off the side.
Use roller mounts in pairs to support conveyor rollers in T-slotted framing.
Ball transfers make it easy to rotate loads and change direction. Mount with ball up to create flow rails, with ball down to use as casters, or at an angle to hold pipe and other round stock.
End stops hold totes, boxes, and other objects at the end of the line.

Modular Mini Chain Belt Conveyors
Build a mini conveyor in any shape you need. These conveyors have curved, straight, incline, and decline runs that you can quickly join together with the included brackets. They're often used in areas with limited floor space and applications that require frequent layout changes. To customize your conveyor, add on components, such as package stops and merge guides, with the built-in T-slots on the side. T-slot bolts are sold separately. These conveyors come with guides installed.
You'll need a drive assembly, an idler assembly, and a belt to complete your conveyor. To determine the belt length you need, multiply your conveyor’s length by 2.1. If you need a belt longer than what’s available, you can connect multiple together. Use a belt installation tool (sold separately) to pull out the pin, then line up two ends and push the pin in with the tool to connect them. You can also shorten a belt using the same tool.
Maximum run length is 70 ft. with two 90° curves. Adding more curved conveyors will reduce the run length.
90° curved conveyors add a turn to your conveyor.
Incline and decline conveyors let you change elevation. For example, you could build a bridge over your existing conveyor line. To bring your conveyor back to its original height, use an incline or decline conveyor with the same climbing angle.
Install drive assemblies at the start of your conveyor. They include a gearmotor that powers the belt. Use the controller to start, stop, and change the conveyor’s speed. A stand is included.
Choose an assembly with the motor and controller mounted on the left side or the right side, depending on your space constraints.

Use idler assemblies at the end of your conveyor. They have an idling pulley that guides the belt underneath the conveyor back to the start. A stand is included.

Attach belting to your conveyor to transport material. It’s driven by the conveyor’s motor. Tabs on the bottom keep it from lifting off the conveyor in curved sections.
To determine the belt length you need, multiply your conveyor’s length by 2.1. Belting is not included with any other components.
Rough-surface belting has pads on its chain links to grip material. If you’re conveying material at an incline or decline of 10° or higher, this belting will keep it from slipping.

Stands come assembled. They include brackets and fasteners for attaching to conveyors once your layout is finalized. You'll need a stand for every 8 ft. run of conveyor.
Package stops mount across your conveyor to hold material. They can’t be used with rough-surface belting.
Roller transfer extensions attach to an idler assembly at the end of the conveyor to bridge the gap with a nearby conveyor. The momentum from the conveyor pushes your items onto the next conveyor.
Guide rail spacers attach to the conveyor guide rails to widen the gap between them.

Merge guides prevent jams and collisions when you’re merging items from two conveyors onto one conveyor. They’re spring loaded to act as gates that hold items back on one while letting items from the other pass. You can adjust the angle at which they release items.

Guide mounts give you more control over the position of guide rails than the ones installed on each conveyor section. In addition to adjusting your guide rail in and out, these mounts also let you adjust the height of the guide rail.
Style A mounts have two T-slot frame connections, so they’re more stable than Style B mounts for more impact resistance and less movement when the conveyor vibrates.
Style B mounts have one T-slot frame connection. They have less impact resistance than Style A mounts.
Drop these T-slot bolts into the T-slot to mount components.
