No need to measure or drill new holes—these hinges will match your existing door and frame. Their screw holes are in a standardized, half-moon pattern that’s identical across manufacturers. Fit the hinge leaves into a cutout (mortise) for flush mounting.

Make unauthorized access nearly impossible. These hinges keep the leaves locked together, even if the pin is removed or broken. When the door is closed, the security stud engages so the door can't be lifted off. The pin is accessible only when the door is open. To remove it, loosen the set screw and the pull out the pin from the bottom of the hinge. For added security, hinges mount with tamper-resistant Torx screws, which require a special tool to remove. They work with or without a door closer.

Work around worn-out holes with hinges that have a different pattern than the standard half-moon. A spring inside these hinges swings doors closed behind you. Fit the leaves into cutouts (mortises) to mount hinges flush with door and frame edges.
Self-Close—These hinges automatically swing doors closed.
Adjustable Closing Tension—Fine-tune the hinge's tension to account for weight, wind, or pressure. Adjust using the included tool.

Remove entry doors to clean, make repairs, or widen the opening to get equipment through. The pin is attached to the frame leaf for lifting off doors without removing the pin or screws.
