Make lightweight connections without the hassle of matching the exact thread type—these fittings connect to NPT, NPTF, BSPP, BSPT, and other universal threads. With a nylon body and nickel-plated brass threads, these fittings are lighter than most metal fittings, and withstand corrosion better than plain brass threads. They also have a reusable gasket to guard against leaks. Connect the tube ends to tubing with a push, and an internal gripping ring and O-ring hold the tubing tight. To disconnect them, push the release ring and pull the tubing out of the fitting. These fittings are sometimes known as instant fittings. All meet ISO 14743, which is an international standard for push-to-connect fittings for plastic tubing.

Made of nickel-plated brass, these fittings have better corrosion resistance than unplated brass fittings. Fittings with release sleeve are easier to disconnect than fittings with a release ring because they are seamless and won't collect dirt and debris.

Metric and UN/UNF (SAE Straight) male threads with gasket or thread sealant provide extra protection against leaks. UN/UNF (SAE Straight) threads are also known as O-ring boss threads.

NPTF (Dryseal) threads are compatible with NPT threads.

Drill-and-Install Push-to-Connect Tube Fittings for Air and Water

Create a push-to-connect junction in equipment with these fittings. They have a release ring, a grasping ring for securing the tubing, and an O-ring. To install, create a stepped hole in your surface using tools like a CNC machine or lathe. Push the fitting components into place, then insert your tubing until the tube end is flush against the tube stop (complete installation instructions are included).
